Heated Pool and Spa with Game Room

This spacious home is your personal resort, featuring an incredible backyard and ample indoor entertainment. NEW carpet on main floor 1/2026.

**Outdoor Oasis:**

**Indoor Living:**
* Living Room: A generous sectional sofa and a large high-definition TV for movie nights.
* Dining Area: Comfortably seats 8-10 guests for shared meals.
* Kitchen: Fully equipped to inspire your culinary creativity.
* Game Room: A dedicated entertainment space with a pool table, comfy sofa, and an impressive 75-inch TV.
* A convenient half bath and a laundry room are also located on the main floor.

**Sleeping Arrangements (5 Bedrooms):**
* Main Floor Bedroom: Bunk room with 4 twin beds.
* Upstairs Master Suite: King bed with a private ensuite bathroom.
* Upstairs Bedroom 2: King bed.
* Upstairs Bedroom 3: Queen bed.
* Upstairs Bedroom 4: Queen bed.
* A full bathroom is also located upstairs to serve the additional bedrooms.

* **Pool Heating:** The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $75 per night. Please let us know at the time of booking if you would like this service so we can invoice you separately.

IMPORTANT: The property features a spa, not a traditional hot tub. The pool and spa cannot be heated at the same time and operate on a timed system. Switching between the pool and spa may result in temporary temperature loss, especially during cooler weather.

Car rental available! Please inquire if you would like pricing and options. We can leave at the airports or have ready and waiting at the house for you when you arrive. We'll make it EASY for you!

* **Noise Monitoring:** This home is equipped with NoiseAware, a privacy-compliant noise monitoring device, both inside and outside. It does not record conversations but simply monitors decibel levels to prevent disturbances.

* **Security Cameras:** For your safety and security, an exterior security doorbell camera is located at the front door, facing the entrance. There are also cameras facing the gates to the backyard. These cameras do not look into any interior spaces.

House was spacious. There was plenty of room for all 9 people, five of which were teenagers. The pictures don’t do this place justice. Neighborhood is quite and the house is in a great location. There was tons to do in the area. Great place for two families to enjoy their vacation.

Family vacation

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at the house. The house was really big and spacious for all of us. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The kids had fun in the pool and it was hot when we were there so the pool felt amazing. The host was great to, she answered all my questions quickly and we left some things on accident and she was quick to send them back. Needless to say we will be back.

Terrific find!

Fantastic home for a family get together - lots of gathering spaces and lots of private space as well. Light and airy and well laid out for our group. Great kitchen space for multiple cooks. the outside area is fantastic- it was kind of cold while we were here so we did not spend a ton of time outside - but there is an outdoor fire place and gas tabletop fire pit. All and all this place was a great find, affordable and nicely located. I highly recommend this rental!

disappointing stay

The house had great potential but unfortunately we had several issues throughout the stay -paid to have pool heated and showed up the first day and it was frigid, when we reached out the owner said it was heated to 85 but there was no way and shortly after we reached out the heaters turned on so I am assuming they just turned the on then - The dishwasher was broken and so we spent the whole trip handwashing all the dishes for a group of 10 including 6 kids (1 an infant) which was not enjoyable - The batteries in 2 of the TV remotes were dead and there were no replacement batteries so we had to play “musical batteries” rotating batteries depending on the TV we were using - They had 2 propane tanks and one was empty and one ran out after about 3 min of having our steaks on the grill leaving us trying to figure out dinner. They did bring another tank but our kids were hungry and annoyed waiting for dinner - The solar lamps around the pool were all broken - They only provided us with 1 roll of paper towels for a week so we had to purchase more -the ice machine on the fridge did not work we reached out to the host several times requesting they help with some sort of compensation for the frustrations with no response. We would have not booked this house if we had known about all of these things which is very frustrating

We had a lovely stay at this property! Everything was as listed. Make sure to bring your own pool toys. I did get a text at 2:30 in the morning that we were being too loud but we had gone to bed at 9pm.
