Maui Vista #3-319 is a 1 bedroom 1 bath unit on the third floor with a partial ocean view. The complex sits right across the street from Charley Young Beach and a short walk from Maui--Kamaole Beach Park I. The unit features air-conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom as well as a fully-equipped kitchen, and a washer and dryer. The bedroom provides a queen bed, a/c, and a ceiling fan and there is a walk in shower in the bathroom. The living room is equipped with a Smart TV with cable as well as a sofa bed. Beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler are provided for your trips to one of Maui's fabulous beaches. Sleeps 2.

Maui Vista is a lovely condo complex (not hotel) located across the street and literally a 3-minute walk from this unit to Charley Young Beach - voted one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Connected to Charlie Young Beach is the famous Kamaole Beach #1. Kamaole Beaches #2, and #3 are just a little further down and one never needs to leave the shore to enjoy their miles of sandy beach. Walking, snorkeling, surfing, and stand-up paddle boarding are just a few of the many activities enjoyed on these beaches. Lifeguards, showers, picnic areas and restrooms are available at all three of the Kamaole Beaches.
The Maui Vista Complex features lovely tropically landscaped grounds, 3 on-site swimming pools, 6 free newly resurfaced championship tennis courts, with 3 newly striped pickle ball courts, and gas grills for your use. The pool nearest building #1 is a saltwater pool and all pools are available to all guests. The Maui Vista Complex is within a short walking distance of restaurants, shops, activities, etc., and with this unit in the first building, everything is really close. Also, it is only a few minutes drive to the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena.

Great location, walking distance to all restaurants walking distance to a very nice beach. The condo had all the amenities. One minor complaint like warm showers. Tennis courts in good shape.

Comfortable and Convenient

My friend and I stayed here for a long weekend and it was perfect for 2 people. The unit was clean and easy to access. The posting was accurate. The unit had many amenities such as a coffee maker, dishwasher, and was well stocked. It also had beach supplies like chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach towels, and even snorkel gear. Location was great with beach across the street and walkable to restaurants.

Awesome Place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Some construction noise adjacent to property. Otherwise, it is a perfect place exactly as advertised.

Great condo good location

Great place, but, polyester cotton sheets felt sweaty and didn’t feel good like breathable 100% cotton in the tropical heat. The couch had a slight odor, we covered it with a blanket. Sign on door says remove your shoes but Had to swifter floors upon arrival because our feet turned black within half hour. Otherwise had a fun and great vacation
