This condo is part of Oceania Residences; a beachfront luxury condominium located a few steps from Aruba's most beautiful white sand beach, Eagle Beach. This 3 BR and 3 bath unit is quite unique since it is located in the ground floor, but it is elevated about 12 feet so you can see the pool, and the beach from the living room, and from its private garden. This garden has a private Jacuzzi overlooking the beach, and a terrace with outdoor furniture including a dining table. A large barbecue grill complements the outdoor area. The social area has a living room with a sofa bed and a large flat screen TV and a blue ray dvd player, with a beautiful dining table for 8 and a fully equipped kitchen, with a bar and stools. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a hammock and another flat screen TV with blue ray dvd player, it also has a private bathroom with a tub and shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, and also a private bathroom and the third room, 3 twin beds. The Unit has wireless internet, even in the outdoor area, as well as cable TV. It also has an Ice Maker, you can fill the cooler with ice indoors and off you go to the beach. It even has a washer and drier.

The condominium also offers 3 ocean view swimming pools, fitness and business center, tennis, racquet ball and squash courts; playroom for small children; pool and football tables. Our rate includes arrival and departure cleaning fees.

Wow is all I can say. This property is literally at a PERFECT location! The whole property is so clean and amazing. The apartment is large and spacious. Bright with sunlight and very private. The access to the pool and beach is perfect. Great location to walk to dinner and breakfast. I traveled with my husband, my 2 children (13 and 20 months) and my mom. We could not have asked for a better location or host with super prompt responses. Will definitely be returning and highly recommend!

The Host was on top of it! The room was clean and supplied everything you would need! The location is the best!! To the beach, restaurants, grocery store and shopping. Eagle beach isn't congested like the other beaches. So beautiful and peaceful!!! We plan on returning and staying in the same condo. Until 2027 Aruba!

Very clean, safe, relaxed and quiet. If you prefer a more calm vacation away from the crowds of palm beach, this is the place to go. Easy access to Eagle Beach with less people and a pool area that is peaceful. Facility is very well kept and the condos are perfect.

This condo is beautiful, modern, clean and in a great location! It is steps away from the pool and Eagle Beach. Mario provides amenities that made our stay very comfortable for our family of 5. The unit has a washer/dryer, Weber gas grill, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler for the beach and a beach cart which might be useful for young families. I would highly recommend staying in this unit and we can’t wait to return. Thank you, Mario!

The location was great for pool and beach. The unit had plenty of beach chairs and towels. There were 2 coolers, a float and we left 2 pool noodles. It was nice to have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms so that each couple had their own space. We rented a car to explore the island. ( recommend Jay’s Rental Cars). Excellent stay!

Perfect for family getaway!

We loved our stay! Clean, plenty of room to not feel crammed. The pools were beautiful and never packed like the resorts get. Super peaceful. They had beach towels and chairs available to use which was super handy! The beach was so close. Also enjoyed the hot tub at night. Definitely recommend for a group of friends or family vacation. Aruba vacation

This was our families first time to Aruba and this is the perfect location. Private backyard area with a hot tub, right next to the pool was great for our family. And then there is nothing but one small road between you and the beautiful beach. It is very quiet and peaceful, close to all of the great restaurants and activities. This place is a true gem. Great space and layout. All of our family was able to be together around the dining room table, but also have their space to relax. Mario is a fantastic host!

Lovely, just lovely!

We enjoyed a lovely five-night stay in the beautiful, well-equipped unit. Everything we needed was already provided -- from cookware, spices, towels, beach chairs, and more. It was all clean and comfortable, inside and out. We especially appreciated the first floor location, a few short steps away from pools but still elevated just enough to offer great views. The pools were well-maintained and comfortable, and we spent many hours in the water and lying poolside in the sun. The unit, the complex, the beach, and the whole neighborhood were peaceful and quiet. Just what we were looking for!
