There is a separate Entry/Exit Door to come/go at your convenience. The exit/entry leads to back yard on property where guest may exit to/for private parking. The private parking leads to a deck with seven small stairs and short pathway to private entry exit door(pictures provided)
The entire basement is for rental guest

*Cook top induction (2)
Instruction for cook top(also place in kitchen area)
1. Cook Top must be clean-no water on surfaces)
2. Place induction(provided)pan on cook.
3. Press on/off button
