This 2-story duplex house features 11-foot ceilings, large living room, dining room that seats 10-12, updated kitchen and baths, game room with pool table and arcade (games are NFL Blitz & 12 in 1 classic games), library, two covered patios/porches, swimming pool, hot tub, fire pit (provide your own firewood), fenced backyard and updated furnishings.

***Note - This property is a duplex. The left side is currently rented so you may see the resident from time to time. However, the backyard and pool/hot tub are for guests only. Also, per City requirements no more than 4 unrelated parties/families are allowed to stay at the property. This is to prevent the streets from becoming too crowded with cars. A short walk from your doorstep brings you to Hamilton’s bustling Main Street, lined with galleries, shops, and dining options, while a short drive brings you to the trails and beauty of Miami Whitewater Forest or a visit to Miami University. On less adventurous days, kick back by the swimming pool and hot tub and enjoy the great Ohio weather! (Pool is generally open May to September. Hot tub is open all year long.)

An electronic keypad is used for virtual check-in so there are no keys to keep up with! Ring doorbell with camera located on the front door. You will have access to the entire house and off-street parking located in the rear of the property.

Located in the heart of Hamilton, Ohio, our house is just 2 blocks from all that Main Street has to offer, including multiple restaurants, bars and fun activities. Hospital less than 1 mile away. We are 1 mile from the Spooky Nook Sports complex and just 15 minutes from Miami University.
