Why they chose this property

We chose this house because it was a perfect fixer-upper, allowing me to showcase my skills to my husband. Together, we renovated the home, and lived there happily for seventeen years, cherishing every aspect of it, including the neighborhood and our neighbors. We've since moved, but converted the house into a vocational home so others may experience the comfort and love we poured into it.
