First, let me start out with the positives, the employees are very nice, and always attempted to resolve any concerns when we went to them, very much appreciated. The view was amazing!!, the condo was spacious and nicely furnished.However, the unit was not clean, when we checked in, we had to call the front desk and ask them to have someone come and clean the kitchen, the floors were sticky, the refrigerator was visibly dirty inside and out, the microwave and refrigerator exterior looked like they’d never been cleaned, there was a tiny little garbage can in the kitchen that was even too small to be used in a kitchen, it was so dirty it had garbage clinging underneath the lid, the shower needed a good cleaning (bleach would remove the mold and orange buildup in the shower). Amenities non existent, it’s advertised as a heated pool, it is not heated, at first we were told it was being repaired and later told it’s not heated (falsely advertised), we wanted to ride bikes, when we went to the front to get them, there was only 1 bike, we were told the other bike was out for repairs. We had to walk up the street and rent another bike! I have to say, in general, it just appeared there was little care given to the property or to providing the amenities as advertised.
