Relax in this home located in a quiet and safe neighborhood 8.9 miles North of Bryant Denny Stadium. Enjoy a fenced-in, heated, in-ground, salt water pool. Convenient location near restaurants, grocery, shopping, and campus.
Downstairs there is a King bedroom and an attached bathroom with shower/tub combo and double sinks. The Kitchen, dining area, living room, half bath/laundry room, are also downstairs.

Bedroom 2 is a King room, with a Queen in the separate sleeping annex. The annex room is converted attic space with a wall, door, and its own vent tied in to the central heat/air, but it does not have windows. Bedroom 3 is a king room.
Other things to note
Heating the pool is an additional charge of $85 per day. It begins 24 hours prior to your arrival and lasts the duration of your stay. Please inquire to do so. **Please do not mess with the pool equipment.

Great place

We came from South Dakota to have our wedding in Alabama. We stayed here with our wedding party. Pool was great, manager responded quickly and left us a wedding gift. House was beautiful and had many great places for “getting ready” shots. Bigger than pictures look! Great location.

The house was just like it was listed. Cute and quaint. Loved the heated pool. It made for such a relaxing weekend. Everything we needed was there and the owner was very responsive to anything we needed. Would highly recommend and would stay there again.
