About the host
Hosted by Suzanne Fry and Clay Elkins

Thanks for checking out our place! We are Suzanne and Clay, and we have two vacation rentals in the Greenbrier Valley. The Palm Beach House in White Sulphur Springs and Sunny Retreat in Lewisburg. We are each business owners and enjoy travelling, food, drink, mountain biking, hiking and most things outdoors.
Why they chose this property
White Sulphur Springs is in the middle of a revitalization. Walkable to the Greenbrier Resort, Big Draft Brewing and Road Hog's BBQ this house is perfectly located for you to enjoy all the perks of town, the resort, and the outdoor recreation.
What makes this property unique
We love this house! It's a solid brick house built in the 1940s and had a fully heated greenhouse. The lady who lived here was known for passing out vegetables to the neighbors. Some neat features are an old coal cellar, incenerator, and a milk pass. We hope you love this house as much as we do!
