Escape - Two Blocks to Beach!

Pack your suitcases for this spacious, modern beach house! Only 2 blocks from the beach with room to sleep up to 8 people. Whether you’re visiting for family travel, business, or pleasure, our home is close to top-rated restaurants, NFL Jaguar stadium, golf courses, and more. Off-street parking for up to 3 vehicles. You will have the entire townhome to yourself. Let this be your destination to explore all Jacksonville Beach has to offer!

This listing is to rent a townhome that is part of a duplex. There is NO connection between the townhomes and no common area between the two. While there may be another guest in the other townhouse next to you, there is complete privacy.

When you walk into the home, you enter on the ground floor, you will find a bedroom with two queen beds and a full bathroom, as well as garage access where you will find outdoor enjoyment amenities including beach supplies and a grill. Once you climb the stairs, you will find a full kitchen, dining table with seating for 8, half bathroom, living room with a comfortable sectional sofa, and large smart tv where you can stream any of your personal subscriptions. Climb another set of stairs to the third floor where you will find a queen bedroom, and a master bedroom with a king bed, smart TV, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

You will be provided a key code for the smart remote door lock.

We are a pet friendly home for up to 1 pet. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a $50 non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Wonderful stay! The property was easy to access and just two blocks from the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and perfect for walking or biking, and shopping and restaurants are only a short drive away. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again!

The house was clean and nice although my wife got stuck in the master bathroom because it was missing a door handle on the inside. The furnace did not work so it was 76 degrees in the house then the temperature dropped the next night and it was 62 degrees in the house the next two days we were there. The windows in the living room were cracked open and unknowingly made it very cold. The owner was very responsive to my messages But did not to resolve the furnace issue or missing bathroom door handle. We had to leave the bathroom open when using it make sure to take a phone to call someone to let you out.

Booked this place for my boyfriend’s birthday to get out of town for the weekend. The location is great, walking distance from anything you need. House was kept clean and very family friendly. Host was very responsive with questions. Would rent here again for another get away vacation!

We was celebrating 2 of us birthdays. Last couple of years has been a rollercoaster. This was a much needed trip. Everything was perfect!! We walked to the beach and we cooked breakfast. It was Perfect! The place was home away from home!! We will be back!!

Perfect location

clean and comfortable. It is a 3 story condo with stairs between each floor. We are sisters ages 75, 71, 69 and 63. The stairs were a challenge, but the house is beautiful. Just consider the stairs if you have pets or toddlers. 💖

Place was spotless. Loved this. If you are there because of Mayo Clinic I know you will appreciate this. Only thing about this place is if you are older you probably won’t enjoy two flights of stairs! This was mentioned in the write up. I missed it. Two beds in one bedroom downstairs and then the second floor was where you found the living room and kitchen and a 1/2 bath. Third floor had an additional two bedrooms and a full bath with a beautiful shower. If you are bringing heavy bags this may be a challenge. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Sectional was also comfortable. One of the things I always look for is a comfortable living room. And I have a hard time finding one most of the time. We have stayed in Jacksonville a lot. And that is always a challenge. It was a very short walk to the beach so it was nice to take a stroll at night. They also had an ice maker in the fridge but there were also two large bags of ice too! Nice touch ! The owners really want to please you. And it shows !
