This ultra luxury 8 bedroom, 5 bathroom 5000 sqf mansion features 2 kitchens, 3 dining rooms, a 4 car garage, a huge backyard, Private Heated Pool, Jacuzzi, kids’ playground, BBQ grill, outdoor dining for 8+ and a large patio set. Only 5 mins to The Strip and about the same distance to the Airport. Each bedroom has a queen size bed, one of them has 2 queen size beds and the living room has 3 sofas. Ideal for families and people on business trips. On a quiet residential street! Not a party house.

The pool and spa are heated for a small extra charge. Lots of outside space including a playground for kids. The house has two main sections. The main section has a big dining room and a big kitchen and the other one has a smaller kitchen and dining area. It’s basically a main house with an attached casita, but it all feels as one big house.

Guests will have access to the entire house, the pool, the Jacuzzi, backyard and garage.

Pool and jacuzzi will not be heated if it rains or rain is predicted or in extreme cold.

Only up to 4 passenger cars are allowed that will fit in a regular garage. No large vans, RVs or anything oversized. No street or driveway parking allowed, all cars have to be parked inside the garage.

Please note that this is a strictly NO PARTY - NO EVENT house. This property is reserved for those who seek a calm and quiet experience.

No parties, no outside guests or loud music on the patio.

Your booking will be synchronized to a reservation management system which helps streamline the check-in process. In order to get your check-in information and lockbox codes you will need to log in with your last name and arrival date on our portal, sign a short online occupancy agreement and upload a copy of your ID. We will send you the link to the portal after the booking is made.

In the unlikely event that something is not as expected, we will work hard to make it right. Things break and we are only humans too.
We don’t issue refunds for anything that we are able to fix or replace within 24 hours. For anything else we must reach an agreement before the night is spent at the property and not after you leave as we can't offer refunds for things that we could have fixed had we known.

Like with every house, to keep your pool blue and your grass green regular maintenance is required. For this reason you may see a landscaper or a pool guy around the house sometimes. Their visit usually lasts 10-30 minutes but if there is a problem they may need several hours.

Our pools are outdoors. This means that the pools and spas are exposed to the elements such as leaves falling in, debris blown in by the wind, rain, algae formation etc. The pipes and pool heaters have to withstand freezing and melting temperatures under the Nevada desert sun and when something breaks it takes several days to get parts or technicians.
Because of this our liability is limited to 10% of your nightly rate should anything fail with the pool or pool equipment and we’re unable to repair within 24 hours. We will always try to make your stay as pleasant as possible but sometimes Mother Nature wins out.
