Recharge, relax, and rejuvenate. The Glover River will be your backdrop in this modern farmhouse cabin with a heated pool. Our property has direct access to the river, but only a 15-20 min drive from the major attractions in Broken Bow/Hochatown area. You will also bypass Hochatown traffic with our location off of Highway 3.

We personally manage this property and love making our guests feel special and taken care of!

❤️LIVING AREA:
Hope Floats Lodge has a 2-Story open floorplan with soaring ceilings, white shiplap and an indoor fireplace, where guests will enjoy relaxing at the end of the day in the comfiest leather sofa. A Smart TV and family-friendly board games will also keep guests entertained throughout the stay.

❤️KITCHEN/DINING AREA:
Enjoy preparing homemade meals in the comfort of your own cabin with a fully equipped kitchen featuring quartz countertop and stainless steel appliances.

❤️SLEEPING AREAS:
The Cabin sleeps up to 12 with 3 king suites and a 6 person bunk room. Our King beds are outfitted with plush memory foam mattresses. All four bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with a walk in shower (one has a soaker tub).

A pack-and-play is also available for use.

❤️OUTDOOR AREA:
Our amazing outdoor space showcases the modern style pool (can be heated per your request with a fee of $125/day, and a 6 person hot tub. There is also an outdoor seating area, a firepit table, and a propane grill for your enjoyment. Venture further out and you will also find a firepit area where guests can make s'mores with the backdrop of Glover River.

❤️RIVER ACCESS:
Guests will have direct access to the river where you can fish, kayak, and float. Kayaks available for guests. The river is stocked with catfish and bass. Water levels may vary by season (can be low or high) based on rainfall.

Indoor and outdoor fireplaces are turned off during the summer months (May 1- Sep 30). There is a pool heating fee of $150/day, this can be requested after the reservation is confirmed.
Pool is serviced weekly on Mondays 11am-12pm.

❤️PET POLICY. IF APPROVED:
We charge an extra fee of $50/night per pet. PETS ARE STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED ON ALL THE FURNITURE, VIOLATORS WILL BE PAYING A PENALTY.

Lastly, we want this to be a memorable experience for you and your loved ones and we would be happy to provide recommendations in the area.

USE OF SECURITY CAMERAS: Renters understand and accept that the property is protected with outside security cameras. These cameras are used to protect the property and our guests from potential break-ins and theft, and to make sure our no-party policy is being adhered to. We have 1 camera by the front door, 1 by the back door that are ON and recording 24/7. There are NO cameras inside the house.

LIABILITY NOTICE: This rental cabin is privately owned. A security deposit and renter agreement is required for guests who book Hope Floats Lodge.
