Perched on an ocean bluff near Hanalei Bay, Pali Ke Kua Unit #241 is a one-bedroom + loft, two-bath, second-floor unit with sweeping ocean views.

As of July 2021, there are 3 A/C portable units in the condo. Please note this condo does not have central AC.

The family room and dining area are bright with tropical colors, creating an atmosphere as whimsical and carefree like your vacation should be, with large windows and a sliding glass door to a covered lanai.

The view from the lanai and surrounding grounds are truly spectacular... sunsets over the famous Bali Hai, the sights and sounds of crashing surf, and the ever-changing ocean and sky. This is one of the best views on the island, and it ranks as one of the best in the world.

Stunning views, comfortable and spacious apartment! Would recommend this property without any reservations. Great amenities (washer/dryer, surprise AC units! I loved this place! Second time staying in Princeville and this place was great. Had all the things you needed and a beautiful view. The AC was amazing after a long day in the sun. I would come back and stay here. The only caveat I have is maybe getting a new shower head. It was only coming out of some and was getting pelted. Had to shower upstairs instead. Thank you for the beautiful stay!

Love this place, it was as advertised. I’ve seen the reviews as to the upstairs being too warm at night. I do not believe that’s true any longer; although we didn’t sleep up there. It gets cool up there at night with the unit up there seeming to run fine. Very nice having plenty of towels and soap and conditioner. Some places aren’t good about that. They also have beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels. We definitely would do this place again.

We love the papakea

We loved our stay. We were here 14 years ago in a two bedroom with our kids. This condo was a one bedroom with pull out couch- very clean and comfortable. Loved the chocolate macadamia nuts ( we bought 4 more boxes while there)! Our only recommendation is the outdoor furniture was not very comfortable and could be replaces. Thanks again and we will be back soon

Princeville Paradise

We have stayed in several Princeville locations; Kali Ke Pua has become our favorite, from the comfortable condo to the beautiful views. We enjoyed the welcome each morning from the nene and the geese.The kitchen was very well appointed, and we enjoyed the tropical fans and large windows, the very nice patio. Hope to come back next winter.

This condo is as described and in a great location. Place was very clean and well stocked with kitchen items, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and various beach toys. Princeville, Kauai 2024 Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time in Kauai! The condo was just what we needed. There was plenty of space for our family of 4. Each kid had their own bed, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the view was beautiful. I would definitely stay here again.
