We love your cozy home, that was very conveniently located to the NP park as well as the state park. We will stay there again when we come back to visit
This simple and small house has everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable. Communication was clear and easy. And the location was super convenient for all we had planned in the area.
While small, this home had everything we needed. It was comfortable and cutely decorated. Located right next to a coffee shop sandwich, shop and ice cream store. This place was good value for the money.
I was very happy with my stay. The home is located in a great central place, I loved how quick of a drive it was up into the Black Canyon. Lots of restaurants near by! The coffee shop and ice cream shop out the back side of the house were quite dangerous ;)
This house was so cozy and comfortable. We had our dogs with us and the fenced in yard was small but so good for their freedom. I would stay here again if the opportunity presented itself. We pulled our motorcycle and this was a great starting place for a half day adventure each day.
Stayed 6 nights in early April 2023. The little house was very comfortable and conveniently located in Montrose. Has all of the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer. Very nice with off-street parking and a small back yard.
Property is very well-kept and clean.
Tracy was very responsive via email to make sure everything went well.
Highly recommend!
This is a very clean and comfortable little house in town. Some of the furnishings are slightly different than pictured, i.e. the bed is in a different position but differences were improvements. Tracy has included many extras also, so you need nothing except food. Great having some food, coffee, juice and ice cream places in back across the ally. We would stay there again if we get back to Montrose.

This house was perfect for what we needed. It was clean and had a private, small fenced yard for our dog. It would have been nice to have a few chairs to sit on outside. Parking space directly behind the house. The ac unit in the living room was quite loud and the bonus room was very warm (no ac)
Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
I was pleased with the dwelling. I had a difficult time getting the futon to fold out, so I called Tracy about it. Paul came over and set it up for me. I love the set up and town of Montrose. Thank you

Clean, cute but snug
This cottage appears to be one of 3-4 units on a single lot which is not obvious from the photos. Neighbors or fences are quite close so we kept our blinds closed for privacy's sake. The backyard is tiny and gravel not grass. The interior is cute and trendy. We used the laundry area as a dressing room as the bedroom is tight for two. The laundry has a closet and a futon to put a suitcase that made it work. We were out all day and came home late, so we didn't spend much time in the unit. We appreciated the air conditioning and the great water pressure. A lovely coffee shop and juice bar are steps away.

Cute Little House
Cute, well decorated house. House was well supplied with linens, towels, dishware, soap, shampoo, coffee, and creamer. The gravel backyard is fenced in but we picked up nails and sharp shards of siding making it dangerous for our dog to be out. The listing stated that the house was air-conditioned but it was not, making it uncomfortably warm inside. The neighborhood is kind of run down and noisy with traffic.

We did take air conditioners out for the fall season since it has been cooler. The bungalow is advertised as air-conditioned, but they are seasonal. We are sorry that it was warm inside; the ceiling fans and floor fans are provided to cool things down during the transition time from summer to autumn.
Responding to the backyard, we are sorry you found some nails and shards of roof...we did just have the roof replaced and clearly this escaped our notice. Thank you for picking them up!

Not for older people
No dishwasher (was listed appl in ad) Pictures also showed a standard height table to eat at, not - it was a bar height table and chairs. SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO uncomfortable. Couch was sooo low we had a hard time getting out of it. Bed spread was dirty, we travel with our own sheets so we just put them on top of theirs. Congratulations on miss leading photography. Won't be using VRBO again.

Hi! I am the owner of the bungalow. I see that you were upset with the accommodations. I took a look at the pictures again ( I took them) and everything is the same as pictured except the position of the bed. The bistro table is in the photo and there is no dishwasher listed. I’m sorry your stay was not to your liking, but please be truthful on your review. As far as the bed linens, I can assure you they are washed after every guest so I am confused as to how they were dirty? Could you please explain?
Thank you, Tracy.
The host and owner are the best people to work with. Could not have been happier.
