** The resort HOA does not permit reservations longer than 30 days.
** Pool and SPA Heat Fee $45 per day after tax, must remain on for the entire duration of the stay, if requested. Please request pool heat at least 5 days before your arrival.
** For safety reasons, we don't keep a BBQ Grill onsite. However, if requested, we can send information to you about renting one. It would be thoroughly cleaned and delivered with full propane. Other rental equipment is also available upon request.
** Towels provided are for bathroom use only. Please bring your own towels for pool, beach, waterpark, or other outdoor activities.
** Trash Bags, Toilet Paper, and Paper Towels: Starter quantities are provided for these amenities, but they may not last the entire duration of your stay.
The vacation home is self-catering, please get additional supplies on your own, as we do not provide more than the initial amount.
Additionally, there are convenience stores near to the resort for any last-minute items and treats.

Great house and location, lots of rooms!

We stayed here during UCA High School Nationals. We had 16 people and everyone had their own room and most had a private bathroom. It was spacious, clean, and a great location. Communication from the host was quick! We would definitely stay here again!

Great for a large group!

This was a perfect place for our group of 20 family members. The kids loved the community water park and our private pool. There is a lot of room for everyone and the Host is very responsive. Great place all around!

We were very satisfied with the property. Only thing we had to pay for the entire stay for pool heat when we were unable to sue it because of the weather. The home was well updated. This was our 1st time staying here and will be looking firward to staying again next year.

Pictures sell it short

The house was better then expected. I stayed with family and friends and they loved it. It was so hard to leave and we look forward to returning here. Great location wonderful house, plenty of space. The kids loved the pool and the adults loved how big the space was. The host responded to every message in a timely manner. I can go on and on about how much I loved this house. We even used the mini golf and community pool.

Family time

The home was great for our family with ages ranging from 5 to 71. The location was very close to the resort pool. The owner was very prompt with their response to our question she even had her house manager go and purchase a new frying pan and had it delivered. Security is great. The last thing is to bring dish cloth face clothes and more towels that are not supplied but seem to be normal for this area Ask others with the same answer. Would we stay there again the answer is yes.

Family reunion

We had an great vacation. Emily and Kevin we're extremely ez to communicate with. We had a bug problem. Emily and Kevin had the pest patrol over ASAP but it made a few roaches run for cover which ended in us taking a few home. Which was my fear from the time I saw them. For the money we paid we really wasn't expecting that

The house in general was very spacious and clean. The location and convenience was amazing! The resort's clubhouse was great, which included a Waterpark that the children loved. The furniture needs a major upgrade. The kitchen chairs feel like you going to fall through. The bed in the masterbed room was so low and very uncomfortable, it didn't even have headboard. One of the other king beds upstairs, had a dip in the middle of the bed, like it was about to fall apart, I'm glad it was just one person in that bed. The refrigerator had a strange smell, it needs to be cleaned. The ceiling fan upstairs is about to fall down. Other than the much needed upgrades and minor maintenance, the house is good. Overall we enjoyed. **Please take picture of everything upon arrival, every bed, all sheets, and towels because I got charged over 300 for sheets and towels that were dirty upon arrival!! Even after washing them myself, the stain still didn't come out, so be very cautious in this property**

Worked for what we needed

The owner was very quick to respond to any questions. The house does need some updates. The carpet was VERY dirty & dingy, the stair railing needs cleaned & repainted, the couch had stains, the floor in the dining room & kitchen was sticky & dining room tables chairs were all ripped & 1 broken. Overall this house was great for what our group needed. The clubhouse was packed & chaotic & the keycard process is annoying with 22 people & only 2 keycards attached to 1 persons credit card if lost. We had very noisy neighbors partying all night as well.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Far Below Expectations

Family of 20 stayed at this property from December 21 to December 28, 2024, and was deeply disappointed with the experience. The rental disrupted our plans and added unnecessary stress, and was far below expectations, especially considering the price. Misleading photos, and subpar quality left me regretting my choice. The listing's photos showed a clean, modern, and inviting home. In reality, the property looked worn and neglected. The living room was dim and unwelcoming, with old, sagging couches covered in stains. Carpets were heavily soiled, and walls appeared scuffed and dull, nothing like the polished images in the listing. Beyond the misrepresentation, the property was poorly maintained. The downstairs heater was broken, and despite reporting it, no action was taken for several days leaving us cold during winter nights. The "well-equipped kitchen" featured scratched pans and lacked basic essentials, making meal prep challenging. Beds were uncomfortable, with sagging mattresses and lumpy pillows, leaving me and my guests unrested. Additionally, the upstairs had a musty odor, while some areas smelled strongly of paint, creating an unpleasant environment. The overall ambiance felt outdated and mismatched, far from the cozy retreat I anticipated. Parking and location challenges within Windsor Island Resort traffic congestion made getting in and out difficult and limited garage access, further disrupted us. For the price paid, this property failed to deliver on its promises.

Not Luxury

Home not secure or private (No Alarm, No Safe, French doors able to be opened when locked and curtains didnt fit so didnt close). Plug broken in kitchen sink. No dish towels. (Provided with washing liquid and sponge) Minimal linens (No spare sheets for beds) We had slip issues as no bathroom mats or mat from pool area to lounge. Pool area didnt have enough seating and the outside table seemed very rusty and not appealing to sit and eat at. Lounge area lacked comfortable seating for us all to spend time together. We wanted to use the mop provided but i honestly think it would have made the floor more dirty as it was disgustingly dirty. No welcome book which was dissappointing as no resort information. We had planned to use the resort facilities so we didnt book pool heating. The resort pool heating had broken with no schedule to have it fixed. When we made enquiry about paying for heating we were told a flat no and accused of tampering with equipment. Being past home owners ourselves we wouldnt do this as we understand issues around this. Although advised we have never been to a rental property where pool towels are not provided. Although the home was nice in our opinion Luxury it was not. Towels and linens were all of a standard not luxurious. Themed rooms nice with comforters on beds but all other rooms not luxurious bedding. Obviously a commercial home not expecting repeat bookings as a 10 bed house. Please respond
