About as close as you can get to Rocky Mountain National Park. Only 2/3 mile to the Fall River Entrance. Deck is right on the river. Saw mule deer on the property. Nice lodging option for your visit to RMNP. Would stay here again.

Great property in great location!

My wife , twin girls, and I really enjoyed the property. Right on the river, very clean and quiet, and everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and plan to stay again in the future.

Located just minutes from RMNP and Estes Park this immaculately clean, well-appointed unit was perfect for our home-away-from-home. Unit is updated, well-kept and furnished with comfortable rustic-style furniture. The back deck overlooks Fall River and we saw deer and a large bull elk outside the bedroom window in the mornings and evenings. The unit has plenty of dishes, silverware, & cookware, and even comes with dvds, puzzles, and snow sleds.

It's a nice quiet property only a mile away from RMNP entrance. It was very clean and property management was very responsive. You can enjoy Fall river right from your balcony. Property manager Lee was very good and prompt in communication. Will go there again.

Excellent Location & Great Accommodations

Unit 205 - Really convenient access to RMNP. River below small balcony was great to listen to and see a visiting moose. King bed in the bedroom was super comfy after a long hiking day. Kitchen provided most basics except coffee pot, but we don't drink coffee, so that's ok. Laundry room is by appt and in the basement of main bldg. Does not have vending for soaps/softeners or any windows/air, but we are glad we didn't have to go offsite. Pool was great for cooling off. The views were spectacular. We would definitely recommend and stay again for future visits.

Aleesha: We are really happy that you had a wonderful stay! It sounds like you were able to experience so many wonderful features of the property. Listening to Fall River while sitting on your deck is so relaxing and hard to beat. We do provide a coffee pot and regular/decaf coffee so I apologize if the coffee pot was not in view or was not in the unit for some reason. We will definitely double check on that. We do offer soap and dryer sheets for sale through the office, but not through a vending machine in the actual public laundry room. The seasonal pool is a big hit in the summer and looking up at Deer Mountain surely is beautiful. We will look forward to seeing you again in the future! Please contact us while on property if you have questions about something, and we certainly will do what we can regarding your requests or concerns. Jamie

Great stay

We had a great stay at this property. Perfect location and beautiful views from the porch. Came stocked with everything we needed and was easy to request things we didn't have. My only complaint would be one day I was in the bedroom, my husband was in the shower, and my kids were in the living room on the couch playing. I heard someone knock on the door, so I was getting up and dressed when I heard the door open and someone talking. Well, as I came into the living room the door was shut and my kids told me some man opened the door and handed them a bible.... I called the front desk, and they told me they were aware there was someone that was going around and giving new bibles to the units, but apologized that he just walked in. They said they would talk to him. It was pretty upsetting to my husband and I to think someone knocked on the door, didn't get an answer, so they just opened the door anyway. That could have easily been someone totally random and could have taken our children in a split second! We did not have the door locked but I don't feel like that is an excuse for someone to walk in. Like I said, everything else was completely fine and I would stay here again if we had the opportunity. Next time I will make sure the doors are locked 24/7.
