Great home base for exploring areas around Benson and Wilcox. It's tiny, but that was expected. They had some toiletries available and there is Keurig if you want to bring your own k-cups.

First thing, everyone should know is that this property is a stones throw away from a major railroad track. The sounds of trains are going to be inevitable at this property, so if you’re a light sleeper, be sure you bring earplugs. I did not factor the railroad in my rating.The property is just as described, as a studio unit. It has modern decor and the interior is very well kept. The exterior looks nice, although recent rains appear to have brought weeds that are out of control. Also, don’t expect a view. You’re in in a downtown area in rural Arizona. The backyard looks into an industrial lot.That being said, there are a few options available within walking distance. The Horseshoe Café is just two blocks away and all of our meals. There were very tasty with large portions. There’s also several bars on the main street.This property is an easy drive to Kartchner Caverns, which is the must see attraction in the area.Property has a Keurig coffee machine with K cups available.Be aware, though, there are no power outlets in the bathroom, so be prepared to use the kitchen for drying hair or any other grooming, activities you need electricity for in the bathroomThis property is a great value for its price, it is in a great location. It is comfortable if you set proper expectations. We would definitely go back.

Excellent Place to stay

Excellent property, perfect location within walking distance of everything including the Horseshoe Cafe which we visited twice for both breakfast and lunch. It was excellent. The property is very nicely decorated and the layout of property is very convenient. It was extremely easy to work with the Host who was prompt with responses to questions and very helpful overall. Host provided nice amenities like free snacks and coffee pods which is very unusual and I very much appreciated. While the unit was part of a 3 unit complex, I never heard the other guests in the other units. The GIANT TV was lovely and high quality which I really enjoyed. There is a train nearby (little town) but the host provided a very nice white noise machine which I used each night. It worked great and I never even heard the train once while sleeping. Very comfortable bed and well equipped Kitchen with everything I needed. Excellent Air conditioning which kept the place lovely and comfortable. There is a newer washing machine and dryer under the covered patio which all units can use. I did use it to do my clothes and it worked perfectly. I was very grateful to have that option and not have to find a laundromat. There is also a nice picnic table outside which you can use as well. Overall, extremely nice property and I was thrilled to have such a nice place to stay at in Benson while I visited my friend. I would absolutely stay there again!
