Private family retreat on Swan Pond

Main home (sleeps 9) features an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and skylights, 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, deck, screened front porch, knotty pine woodwork throughout. Office space in upstairs lakeside bedroom has desk, chair, lamp. Game room downstairs has TV, bar, sink, second refrigerator.

*Optional* additional cottage (sleeps 4) is available for an additional nightly charge: 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen/living/dining, washer/dryer, deck. Note: the cottage is NOT rented out independently. You and your guests will have the entire property to yourselves for the duration of your stay.

Dock, fine swimming, outdoor fireplace, gazebo, gardens, lawn, playhouse and swings, sunsets. Sometimes loons. The whole family can relax in this peaceful hideaway.

Parking for 5 vehicles.

Guest access: entire property except for downstairs storage closet, garage, and back shed. Access to the cottage is only per rental agreement.

amazing vacation home - great for families

Awesome property, lots of space both in the house and the yard -- private lot, sandy swimming area, good fishing, can't ask for much more. Our family with pre-teens, teens, and adults all had a wonderful week. Property located within 30 minutes of several possible day trips. Home was clean and well stocked. Owner highly responsive and great communicator. We will book again next year!
