Newly Renovated, Cozy 3 Bedroom Home - 5 minutes from Enid Lake
With a location that's only a few minutes from Enid Lake, 30 minutes from Oxford, this house is perfect for fisherman visiting Enid Lake or for Ole Miss fans who don't care to deal with Oxford prices, traffic, and crowds!
The home was completely renovated last year and updated to have an open living room/kitchen/dining area floor plan. Easily sleeps 6-8 people, but would not advise more than that since 2 of the bedrooms have twin beds in them that cannot be pushed together due to other furniture in the rooms. There is a Laundry room with washer and dryer and a built in desk for anyone in need of a small work space. Back patio includes a brand new grill that hooks directly to the propane tank to eliminate the hassle of dealing with gas bottles. TVI fiber wireless internet. A smart TV in the living room.
For fisherman who bore quickly with fishing the same spots every day, this house is an easy 20 minute drive to Sardis Dam and 30 minutes to Grenada Dam. There is plenty of space to accommodate parking a boat.
