I am a sun chaser, tattoo lover, HR Professional who has recently created this space for those in need of Vitamin D, including myself. I welcome you to enjoy your time in Sunny Sarasota.
What makes this property unique
It really feels like a home. You can opt to stay in, relax in the backyard, enjoy some down time or work remotely, very comfortably. You can explore the town and take a 7-minute drive to the beach and sun bathe all day. You can dine at night as the neighborhood has amazing restaurants! You are only a 20-minute drive or so to downtown. I recently gave the house a face lift and painted both the inside and outside, did some landscaping, and completely renovated bathroom (with new pipes).
