This sweet studio is in walking distance to the quaint downtown Georgetown. I95 is only a couple minutes away, and it's only 40 min to Boston! NH is only 20 minutes away. Beaches are plentiful and close. Short drive to Portsmouth NH, Hampton Beach NH, Kittery ME, Old Orchard Beach ME, Salisbury Beach MA, all of Cape Ann and the North Shore!

This sweet studio is a first floor, 2 room apartment in our home, and has its own private entrance and a place to park your car. Perfect for one person or a couple. It is totally separate from our space.

We loved this place!!! So much space, beautiful location, easy to get to. Owner is very nice and responds very fast when I asked questions before my check in date. We highly recommend renting!!!

Cozy, Clean, Convenient and Comfortable

This property couldn’t have been much better. It is a small studio in Georgetown, MA and is a great location to get to Boston, Charlestown, Ipswich, Newburyport, or even to southern New Hampshire. With family in the area, it was perfectly situated. The property was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. The host communicated immediately, and was very gracious. We are already planning our next trip out!
