Spacious, modern, 3-bedroom home with access to Sebec lake. Come relax at this peaceful getaway 5 miles from Dover-Foxcroft and 40 miles from Bangor International Airport. Bring your own boat or rent one from the marina only 1-block away. Perfect for snowmobiling, ATVing, ice fishing, boating, and more. 1 king bed, 2 twin beds, 1 full bed, sleeps 6. Perfect for families, friends, or a couple's getaway. Full kitchen, 2 full baths, BBQ grill & woodburning fireplace.
The space
This home sits on just over an acre of land for you to roam as you please.
All bedrooms are located upstairs with wall-to-wall carpet. Master bedroom has king size bed, wall mounted TV & chair. Kids room has trundle twin size beds, kids size bench with books & chair. Third bedroom has full size bed. Third bedroom also offers a desk & chair. Each bedroom has its own closet with hangers provided.
The kitchen is stocked with just about everything you will need. Dishes are 8 serving set with plates, bowls, glasses, serving platters, silverware and more. Also provided are dishwasher, coffee pot, toaster, pots, pans, crock pot, microwave, mixer, blender and serving utensils.
Towels, wash clothes, hand towels and beach towels (in summer) are provided.
Washer & Dryer, iron and ironing board are provided.
Guest access
When you rent this property, you will be the only guests. You do not have to share any space with other guests.
Other things to note
ATV trail starts a block from this home, and you can leave right from the home on your ATV. For swimming you can simply walk to the lake from the front of the home. Kindly STAY TO THE LEFT OF THE METAL POLE MARKER at the water's edge. To the right of the metal pole marker is the neighbor's property. The dock is also the neighbors and not to be used.

A wonderful family getaway

We had a wonderful stay here!! House was clean and plenty of space for our family of four and a few daytime visitors. The water was not easy to access at the property for water activities, but the beach was just a 30 second drive down the road and was a great place to play with kids! We were so comfortable and had lots of fun. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, clean, delightful stay. Comfortable beds, extra blankets would be helpful. Excellent instructions and rules in notebook. Easily understood. It appeared in the advertisement that the camp was on the lake with a rocky shoreline. There was no access to the lake at all directly from the camp. Other wise perfect. Thank you very much.

My sister & I were grateful to stay 2 nights at Sebec Lake house for a family funeral in Brownville. Everything was clean & well labeled. We hoped to have a lake view but there was another camp on the water front, with a sign posted Private Property.

Great Family Time

Would stay again if available. House was newly renovated and very clean. House was stocked with paper goods. One suggestion: Add slats to queen to prevent slats from going on floor. Spray for black ants.

The home was comfortable and well equipped. More than enough for myself and 4 teenage boys. The 2 full bathrooms was a large plus. During our visit the weather temperature became very hot and the ceiling plus floor fans were perfect. The kitchen was easy to use and we all enjoyed cooking up good meals and sharing them at the large dining table.The home was convenient to all we planned to do, including especially the nearby public beach, marina and convenience store. The trip into Dover-Foxcroft was a nice quick country drive, with everything we needed for a fun vacation.The lake itself was awesome. We rented a pontoon boat from the marina for 2 days and had a great time exploring the lake. Caught a few fish, did a lot of swimming and enjoyed the beauty and relative solitude.We had one small mishap when arriving at the home that was a problem with getting the lock box open. After contacting the host she immediately came out and together we fixed the issue. She was very attentive to all our needs and provide some good guidance with things to do.I'll probably be going back to Lake Sebec next Summer - hopefully for longer than just 5 nights.

A beautifully remodeled in 2022 home, new kitchen, new bathroom, new carpet. A very peaceful location to create fun memories at. Located less than 2 hours from the coast or Mount Katadin. Enjoy the lake for swimming or ice fishing. Bring your boat or rent one and dock at the marina just a block away next to the public beach. Boat ramp is free to use.

What makes this property unique

Enjoy just over 1 acre of wooded land to roam. Private driveway/road with only 3 homes on it. This is a very quiet area yet only 7 minutes to town, Dover-Foxcroft, ME. Private and quiet couples' getaway or a fun family home to make memories.
