Built in 1895, this fully restored 2 bedroom 1 bath home is perfect for work and play in Provo. Pet-friendly with a beautiful fenced yard. Private parking. Huge Flatscreen TV. Full kitchen. 12' floor-to-ceiling. Work desk with 27" monitor with HDMI hookup. Super fast and reliable internet service. Master suite with ample closet space and the softest, most comfortable king-sized bed. You will LOVE this private little home.
Perfect for work partners, one couple, two couples or small families. Pets are welcome! Close to downtown shopping and restaurants, train station, airport, City Center Temple, BYU and UVU. Early check-in and late check-out almost always available at no added cost.

Two entries, both with Schlage wifi locks. Access via personalized key code sent to you upon booking. Private parking. You'll have the entire house to yourselves. There is another home on the property - a beautiful brick home that we rent to a long-term tenant. No shared walls and the tenant does not use the yard.
