The house was professionally designed and can comfortably host up to 6 people with modern conveniences. Only 5 minutes to the airport (PBI), 8 minutes to downtown, and less than 10 minutes to world-class beaches in Palm Beach and Lake Worth. Come see why SoSo is one of the hottest areas in the country!

This is a fully fenced, single family home on the front of the property. At the rear of the property is the 2 bed/2 bath Orchid Cottage which is available to rent separately or together if both properties are available.
Please note that West Palm Beach is a vibrant, active city with homes close together. It’s not uncommon to hear dogs barking, music playing, sirens, trains, or other sounds of a city.
