This second floor condo offers incredible unobstructed mountain views and is adjacent to the Coeur D’Alene river. The Silver Mountain Resort gondola is 5 minutes away. Lookout Mountain Ski Resort and the Hiawatha Bike Trail are 20 minutes away, too. Updated, and well-appointed, this condo has everything you need including a hot tub that is steps away from the property and is a perfect reward after a long day of skiing.. The Trail of the Coeur D'Alenes is minutes away, too. Take a refreshing dip in the river after a long day of mountain biking or bring your paddle board. Have an outstanding dinner in Wallace, Idaho 10 minutes up the road. This location is perfect for all sorts of outdoor activities! Doggies are welcome, too.

Please remember to leave the air conditioner at 75 degrees in summer. In winter, please remember to keep the thermostat set at 57°.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking or vaping. Guests who violate rule will be charged a $250 cleaning fee.
Kindly remember to put the cover back on the spa after use. The key for entry is located above the dryer and is attached to a "Spa" card.
I do. not expect you to clean, but the expectation is to leave the unit tidy. I leave this up to you. Enjoy your vacation!

This property is waterfront and has stunning resort views and proximity to skiing, biking and walking trails and is close to beautiful Wallace, Idaho. While it is very close to Hwy. 90, it feels remote and is very special with abundant flora and fauna.
