This house was perfect for four adults but it would also be perfect for a family. The layout has the main living room, dining and kitchen on one floor with one bedroom up a half of a staircase, a second bedroom up the next staircase and two twin beds in a downstairs bedroom. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The house is beautifully appointed. The kitchen is very well stocked and the hot tub is an added plus. There are lovely trees all around the property, lending a mountain feel just at the edge of town. The house was very clean, furniture was comfortable and inviting, location was just a few minute walk into town. Parking is in your own locked garage, attached to the house. We all agreed we would like to stay there again. I don’t see why we would want to ever go anywhere else!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We were a family of six so we fit perfectly in the house, with room to spare. House was in a great location, easy to walk downtown. Had all the amenities we needed. Our only regret is that we didn't get into the hot tub until the 5th day of our 7-day stay. We should've got in on the 1st day and every day after that. It felt amazing in 0 degree weather!! Ski Trip Reunion

Only one of us still skis now, but we had fun walking through Breckenridge and enjoying the snow and the house. The house is beautifully decorated and we had everything that we needed. Yes, there was a hair dryer in each bathroom! Thank you for that. The hot tub was great! We really loved it!

Breck Beauty!

Exactly as advertised. Great location, well maintained. 3 floors require steps even when going from kitchen to bathroom. Beds were ok but pillows were very, very worn. Suggest adding shower soap & hair conditioner and more dishwasher tabs. Overall, a great stay.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house met the needs of our family. Having full baths connected to each bedroom was a plus. Multiple floors allowed space for each of us. Our disappointments included that there was no hot tub available for our use and the Blue Route was not running. These were both key reasons for our choice of stay. Walking to another bus line was treacherous at times and impossible when heavy snow came. It would have been helpful to know this ahead of time as we did not have alternate transportation.

Great place, great location.

Everything we needed and exactly as the listing stated. We really enjoyed the new hot tub after a day on the slopes. The location is great- just outside of the busy downtown area and convenient to get to everything. The property was clean and had everything we needed to get started. Beds were very comfortable.

Beautiful home with a great location!

We come to Breckenridge every year but wanted to stay closer to downtown for the first time. The house is in a great location. We walked downtown for dinner, we walked to the ice rink, Carter park & to see the troll. The snowboarders of the family loved that the bus stop to the gondola is right next to the house! We would definitely stay here again!
