I am very disappointed with this condo. I called on first night in room when we were not able to lock the dead bolt to our room and they marked as "urgent" and NOBODY ever called back or showed up! It looked like the door was previously kicked in or something. The dead bolt didn't even come close to lining up. The place was not clean. Pillow had hole in it and place was dusty. 5 of the 8 elevators didn't work and even one in the parking area was broken. Took 55 min to get our cart to garage at checkout because of elevator situation. I am mostly disgusted with the the lack of customer service with the service call.. ridiculous!

Coastal Retreat

Wow! This is a steal! We had all the amenities we wanted and then some. Close parking, balcony to the beach, clean and spacious home, tons of entertainment with the beach access, pools, bar with live music and even games like ping pong! In the heart of PCB we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The perfect location!!

This place was perfect for my family of 3. The view from the balcony was beautiful!! We loved the location, it was so convenient to everything. We went to the Starbucks downstairs every morning. Having a separate pool that was super kid friendly was also really nice. We absolutely loved this condo!!

Wonderful Trip

The room was clean and neat when we arrived. The ocean view from the balcony was amazing, we even saw a few dolphins. The pools were always clean. Washer and dryer in the room was very helpful for my family. I would recommend this place to everyone!!

Good place to stay

Let me start by saying we stayed during July 4th week. SO busy. Lines for elevators, parking was awful. Room had a great view, kids loved the bunk beds. There was sand everywhere when we walked in but I reckon that’s expected when being on the beach. The vacuum in the room was subpar but husband worked on it and cleaned out the brushes and it helped a little. The only broom we saw was broke in half but we made it work. The towel rack in the bathroom was there previously, I reckon, but was left broken so no where to hang up towels. Overall it was nice. After the July 4th crowd left, on about Thursday, there was plenty of parking and there was less lines for elevators.

Over rated condo

Not at all impressed. Carpet in bedroom filthy. At least 3” of dust on ceiling fan over bed. Terrible smell!! Could not put clothes in closet due to odor coming from dirty vacuum cleaner stored in closet. Long dark hair on the bathroom floor and towels. Bathroom toilet dirty under the rim. Overall the unit was old, needs a thorough cleaning and updated.
