This property with fully equipped kitchen can house up to 4 guests and is kid-friendly. Guest parking and laundry facilities are available. Great location on a quiet street. Walking distance to Whirlpool Aero Car, Niagara Helicopters Limited, White Water Walk and a bus stop. 4 km (2.5 miles) to Niagara Falls.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and all the necessary dishes and utensils. Chic basement apartment, close to everything!

This was a great little find! Super clean and the host was very friendly and accommodating. The location is also convenient. Kitchen had lots of condiments and ooops I forgot the...items. The 1pm check out was helpful to have a nice lazy morning. The floor is concrete and can be cold so bring some slippers if you don't like cold feet.

We had a wonderful stay at the lovely basement apartment! It was so comfy, very clean and had all the amenities we needed for our 5-night stay. The host was extremely nice and very informative. She explained some of the different activities to visit in the area. The apartment is located within walking distance to the Whitewater Walk, Wego bus line and Aerocar facility. The location was not only great for the tourist excursions but it's also right off the Niagara River Recreational Pathway... perfect for biking South to Fort Erie or North to NOTL (wine country). The host also told us about some hidden (free) parking areas for our biking excursions which was perfect! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this lovely apartment! We plan to come back again in the near future! Thank you again Larisa!
