The space
Three bedrooms home downstairs . 2 bedrooms with King size bed and the third bedroom with 1 Queen bed, 1 twin bed.

Open floor plan with fully stocked kitchen, and fun games that include nintendo wii, console and books for reading

The house has a large kitchen/dining room and equipped with the following:
Basic cooking wares such as pots and pan, dishes, and utensils, glasses, coffee mugs and Keurig coffee machine.

Fully Stock kitchenette with microwave, airfryer, rice cooker, blender, toasters, milk shaker, hand mixer, kettle

Upgraded items such as instantly, airfryer are also included.

Our sideyard comes with a charcoal grill. Charcoal is NOT provided, and a backyard space.

Toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, kitchen soaps, shampoo/conditioner, bodywash, Free snack and coffee , Keurig pods are included but NOT unlimited.

Full size washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board, blow dryer.

There is parking space for 6 cars

The whole place is exclusively yours to use. Except we have garage and an owner's closet where we store extra items are locked up. And the bunk room upstairs locked up.

Other things to note
There is the possibility of noise from nearby freeway traffic . We will not refund for noise complaints. The outside noise is beyond our control.

No parties
- 10pm local noise ordinance. All outside noise must be kept to a minimum after 10 pm. This is strictly enforced.
- no smoking/vaping inside the home.
- Please reach out ahead of time if you plan to have visitors.
