Pizza Friday
Magnificent 26-acre waterfront property just off the Potomac River. This secluded, quiet waterfront oasis boasts four-bedroom and two-full baths with large picture windows offering panoramic water views from almost every room. The large updated kitchen features stainless appliances, ample cabinetry, granite countertops, and a breakfast nook. There is a large sunny dock, a brand new pizza oven, kayaks and a canoe to enjoy the water. If you're looking for the perfect weekend getaway, this is it!
The space:
Pizza Friday sits between the guest house and a barn. The guest house is a separate rental property. The barn will be locked and is not for guest's use. Please take a look at the arial photos at the end of the listing to see the proximity of the Pizza Friday to the guest house. The dock beautiful - there are always eagles, osprey and heron flying across the water; crabs and fish swimming by the dock, and very few properties in sight. A corn-hole set can be found in the storage bin next to the back porch. Puzzles and board games can be found in the closet of the bunk bed room. It is a very peaceful getaway.

* There is an abundance of hiking trails, state parks, and beaches within 10 minutes of the property.
