** Guest Access:
– Full access to the private basement suite and private bathroom next to it
– No access to other parts of the property

** Kitchen & Food:
– Kitchen is not available
– Many nearby restaurants, coffee shops & affordable food delivery services
– No dishwashing or use of kitchen appliances; extra charges apply if used.

** Laundry:
– A laundromat is located just a few minutes away
– Our laundry is done on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) in a room near the suite, and a suitable time will be coordinated with the guest
– Please do not open the laundry room (clearly marked with a sign)

** Other Notes:
– Extra charge per night over 2 guests
– Please do not move furniture around
– Expect normal household sounds from above as the suite is in the basement
– Microwaves, kitchen appliances and laundry machines are not for guest use
