5 Star! Direct Access to Brimstone Recreation Pet Friendly Game Room

It’s very important to us to stay in a place that feels like home when we are on vacation so we’ve worked hard to make this place feel the same way. This home has been remodeled with new furniture, appliances, & more. All of our beds are comfortable with pillow top mattresses or featherbeds, down comforters, & high count sheets. Located in the mountains in Huntsville TN with direct access to the trails at Brimstone Recreation. It is only a 6 minute drive from the house to the entrance of Brimstone. Take a look at the map we have included with our photos. We are also located 20 minutes from Ride Royal Blue & Big South Fork National Park. We are about an hour from Knoxville & a little over an hour from Pigeon Forge. Decorated & furnished with guests in mind to give a clean, comfortable, 5 star experience. We hope you love it enough to come back again & again!

Up to 4 bedroom house (king, queen, bunk beds full & twin) with a 4th room being used as a game room but could be used as a 4th bedroom with our rollaway bed. Parking available in front of the house and the side. ATV’s can be parked anywhere on our property. Every area in the house will be accessible except 1 closet in the master bathroom. 

I’m always available by text & I usually send you a text after check in to make sure you have everything you need. So far EVERYONE that has stayed here has been very happy & impressed when walking into the house.

Located in a very safe neighborhood with a dead end road. We also have security cameras located on the property. We have promised the neighbors that we will not allow anyone to bother them with parties, loud noises late at night, or parking anywhere on their property so you must follow those rules  We have turned the entire front yard into a parking area as well as a driveway beside the house. There is room for at least 3 large trucks with trailers. It is truly important to us to have people love this home when staying here & we promise to do everything in our power to make that happen. We want you to come back again & again!

Perfect house for family get away. Once we seen fenced in backyard, we wished we had brought our dogs. Great family friendly neighborhood. Neighbors very friendly. We were close enough to Brimstone, so that we did not have to trailer our SxS's. We just rode from house, to entrance . Megan was a dream to work with. We plan to stay here again.

Brimestone mountain resort rental

Beautiful place, plenty of room and easy access to trail riding. We had amazing time and property or location was great. Property manager or owners were easy to reach and very helpful.

This places was GREAT. The kitchen was filled with everything you need to cook (there was even an extra propane tanks for the grill), the A/C works great, lots of parking, and the host was so sweet. BUT The listing is a bit misleading in that this is really a 3 bed room with a walk-through playroom. The playroom is just big enough for the fold out cot. The playroom has a futon, but expect a grown person’s feet to hang off. The master room is only accessible by going through the playroom, so privacy in the playroom is limited. This area would be great for children, but no ideal for an adult’s bedroom.

Nice place to wind down after a long day of riding

This place is clean, nicely decorated, has everything you’d need at home (except groceries of course) in a quiet neighborhood and a short ride to Brimstone trailhead. Practically perfect! We know where we’re staying for our next adventure.

Brimstone Trip

This was our third trip to Brimstone and by far the best place we've stayed. The house was well equipped with everything we could possibly need. The rental was spotless and had enough parking for three trucks with trailers. We will definitely be back!

Smelly

The house was super cute and the location was wonderful. The beds were very comfortable as well. My biggest complaint was that the house had an extremely strong intense smell of sewer.. We honestly debated getting a hotel room just because the smell was so intense, but we decided to stick it out.We saw the message taped to the refrigerator about the sewage issue that they were currently having, but I would have appreciated a direct message with details on the situation. If I had known this beforehand, I probably would have chosen to stay somewhere else.

Love it!

The house was clean and overstocked leaving no need for a trip to the store for supplies. It accommodated us 4 couples comfortably. Parking was sufficient for 4 trucks and trailers as well as all 5 machines. Megan was the best host and even made checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. It was a reasonable hardtop ride to trail 1 or trail 3 also. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back to roam the trails again soon! Also, we highly recommend Firehouse pizza for your dinner needs!

More than we bargained for...

We lucked out when looking for a local place to stay for our mini outdoors vacation. Honestly, this was better than the cabin experience we were planning for. Spacious and clean, we all had our own clean room and the updates were more than we expected and made our stay that much more enjoyable. Quiet neighborhood, but expect to drive a little on certain days of the week for restaurant options, otherwise, cook your own meals like we did. Thanks!

Wonderful stay for our SxS trip

We needed a good place that could accommodate our group for our trip to Brimstone that wasn't just shared open space. Luckily found this place and from the beginning felt very comfortable in our choice. Megan was prompt and thorough in answering my questions ahead of time to ease my mind before booking. Once we booked, she also provided a lot of wonderful information prior to our stay. When we got there, the place was exactly as described and fit what we needed perfectly. She also sent a text making sure everything was going okay and we had all that we needed. That was not necessary, but very appreciated. The location was wonderful and in close proximity to hit the trails, Brimstone headquarters, etc. Highly suggest booking this place!

Cute and quiet home

We were in town for my nephews birthday party and needed a quick in/out rental. The house was so clean and the sheets all smelled freshly washed. They have a welcome basket when you walk in with crafts to do with your kiddos and snack to munch on. The pots and pans are great quality and the appliances are all clean. Communication with the hosts while we stayed was so easy and the replies were fast. My son loved the game room. We brought a suitcase of toys for my 2 year old and we didn’t even have to take one out because the house is fully equipped with entertainment for all ages. They also have these cute little character blankets and those were a HUGE hit with my 2yo. The mattresses are all so comfy and we 100% will be back to visit.

Great Stay!

We were a party of 3 adult couples who came to ride Brimstone. The host, Megan, was wonderful answering all questions before we booked until after we left. She was always very responsive and made communication very easy and even checked on us a couple of days in to make sure we didn't need anything. The house was very cute and clean. It was decorated nicely and very comfortable, including the furniture and beds! The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of dishes and appliances. There are plenty of towels and washcloths as well. The game tables were a nice touch and fun to play after a long day riding. There is an odor inside the home that Megan is aware of and promptly on top of. In the meantime, there are lots of scented plug-ins and air fresheners that make it smell better. The location was great to hop on the Brimstone trails, which is what we came for. The houses in the neighborhood are close together but manageable. The elderly neighbors were an absolute delight to talk to! The only downside is there are a lot of cats in the neighborhood. They belong to a different neighbor and they enjoy visitors and like to hang out at the property. They were very sweet but very numerous! Overall, a great, 5 star stay. I would recommend!
