The backyard is divided into 3 sections. The porch, the pool, and the sunny open backyard space. The pool is blocked off by a security fence that separates the pool from the rest of the yard. You can relax knowing the yard is safe for children of all ages.

Be social in the most fashion-forward part of the home! The living room is tastefully designed with emerald green suede couches, marble-esque tables, and a hot pink "Phoenix Vibes" light- great for an "Insta" moment. For those relaxing evenings, enjoy any streaming service on the Smart Tv.

Enjoy the bright white, newly renovated, and fully stocked kitchen! Appliances include a stainless steel stove, oven, fridge, and microwave. Serve up to 6 people at the dining table and 4 at the large kitchen island. Make every night an easy cleanup with the brand-new, stainless steel dishwasher!
