Be our guest! Barndominium is perfect for contractors and executives. This 40 acre secluded property is located between Beaumont and Mid-County with easy access to I10, Hwy 73, Hwy 124 & Hwy 365. This makes this property an ideal location for people in town for business or events at Pipkin Ranch, Broussard Farms, and The Venue at Belle Oaks.

Will consider corporate per diem rates for extended stays.

With the large roll up doors open and access to our pond for fishing, swimming, or reading a book on the dock, there is no finer place to enjoy the outdoors in the SE Texas Bayou Country.

The living space in this barndominium is perfectly appointed with a large kitchen with bar seating and family room. Apartment opens up to a large indoor garage space with outdoor seating and gorgeous views of the property.

Bedroom 1: Primary Suite includes a king bed, large shower, soaking tub, and walk-in closet.

Bedroom 2: Two twin beds

Bathroom 2: Located downstairs, this main bathroom has a shower.

Bedroom 3: Owner's gym; This space is closed off from the main apartment with a private entrance. Guests can have access upon request.

Guests will have access to the pond for fishing or dock sitting. Fishing rod and bait available upon request. There is a fenced in playground for kids of all ages.

There is a gated entrance to the property. Owners live on site in a separate structure, but there is plenty of room for guests to have their privacy.

Kid and dog approved. We enjoyed sitting under the covered dock next to the water while the kids played on the covered play ground. Lots of space for dog zoomies. Great hosts. Highly recommend.

Amazing Property!!

We came down for my sons world series at Ford Park and stayed in this most amazing barndominium. Perfect views every side. My older son really enjoyed fishing at the pond and caught many good sized bass during our stay. Our younger kiddos loved playing at the covered playground and watching the animals. The on-site host were fantastic. This property was better than we imagined and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful property!

We stayed here for the weekend to attend a concert at Ford Park Arena. The property is gorgeous and well taken care of. We enjoyed relaxing in the pond and were very grateful that our dogs could come! The owners dog was a sweetie and our pups had fun playing with him. The barndominium was nice as well. It was about 15 minutes from Ford Park, restaurants, and shopping. Overall great experience and I would recommend!

Nice retreat

Nice get away! Very glad I stayed outside of Beaumont! Beaumont was way more congested and city like than I expected! It was nice to stay on the farm outside of Beaumont! It was a country setting but close enough that it was convenient to do business in the city! I very much enjoyed fishing in the pond in the evening! If you are going to be in Beaumont I don’t believe I would stay any where else!

Wedding event

The home is nicely located on a ranch. We hated we were not able to meet the owners we saw them at their fire pit. I was in town for a friends daughters wedding. The house has a lot of space to work with. Master bedroomup stairs is nice and comfortable. Owners live on property. Gives an extra since of security. Great value for price. I rent a minimum of 10 times through vrbo for traveling. Until next time. Laurie Scottt
