Enjoy a fun getaway with your family and relax by the pristine pool at this beautifully appointed home away from home. Located in the serene Wood Streets neighborhood, this beautiful home is just a short distance to downtown Riverside, UCR, NOS Event Center, shopping centers and the airport.
Wake up refreshed in this charming home that comes with numerous amenities to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Self check-in with keyless entry code, memory foam mattresses in every bedroom and a large kitchen that comes equipped with new stainless steel appliances for your culinary needs. Enjoy the game on the 75 inch HD TV in the living room or hang out by the expansive backyard for some friendly cornhole games while BBQ by the pool (that can be heated for an additional fee).
Heated pool is optional and available upon request for additional fee ($100 per day). The pool is heated from 12:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Please contact the host in advance before arrival for details and payment.
Guest Parking:
4 parking spaces in the driveway. Street parking is NOT available.
While we hope you enjoy our home, please be advised that parties and events are NOT allowed. This is a family neighborhood and quiet hours are between 10 PM - 8 AM daily.
Smoking or vaping of any kind is PROHIBITED inside the home. Any smoking related cleaning or furniture replacement costs will be applied toward your credit card.
