Quick visit to KC and this was a great place to stay with so much to do within walking distance or a quick ride. If I had any questions the response time was in minutes and if I visit KC again I would look at booking here.

Liked: Check-in, communication
Disliked: Cleanliness
Positives:-Communication was prompt and helpful when we needed help with the wifi-Easy check-in process-Centrally located in RoanokeNegatives:-The place was dirty! Considerable amount of dust and cobwebs on the walls, fixtures, and windows.-Bugs: I spent the first 20 minutes killing spiders and bugs and taking down cobwebs. -A/C: it cools the main level just fine but the upstairs was unbelievably hot.-Outside area is less than appealing; most likely why there isn't an outdoor photo attached in the listing.Ultimately, we would not stay here again. The host was fine but the unit and condition were not what we expected. No attempt was made to rectify the situation. Just a "sorry about that, we'll pass it along to our cleaning crew". The experience did not match the value.
My friends and I spent the day in Kansas City celebrating a friend of ours. We all live in the outskirts of the city and wanted a place close to Westport for night activities. The place was hard to find originally, but once we found it, the space was clean, cute, and perfect for what we needed. Very close to Westport bars, we walked. Great place to stay especially if you want to explore Westport and not have to worry about driving.
