Studio/Hotel style condo located in the gated StoneBridge Village Golf community. Located 4 mins/1.8 miles from Silver Dollar City. You will love the balcony view of the golf course. The condo is on the 2nd floor and as stated is in a gated community. One of the pools is located right beside the building. The TV is wifi/streaming only. The condo association does charge a $7.00 per night parking fee per vehicle. Microwave, mini refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker(bring your own coffee pods). NOTE: 2ND FLOOR. STAIRS ONLY. NO ELEVATOR.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
There is a dumpster to put trash in near the pool in a wooden fence. Also, please put used towels in tub or the hamper under the sink in the bathroom. Thank you so much. Safe travels.
Please text me when you leave so cleaning crew can come.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking or vaping allowed. You must follow the Rules for StoneBridge Village. The studio is best suited for 2 adults and 2 children.
3/1/2023 Stonebridge Village will charge $5.00 per vehicle per night to all nightly rentals. This will be paid upon check-in.

In a gated community, be aware a one time $25 charge to enter. Additionally the nearest exit is 2 miles from the entrance, once you exit you need to go 2 miles around just to re-enter. Clean but needs some maintenance, broken tiles in the bathroom.

Great location, near Silver Dollar City. Beautifully decorated and well stocked. Had no issues checking in, located in a secure community set amongst the hills of the Ozarks. I love Branson, & I love traveling. I'm a Mom of 3 amazing young men. I'm a grandmother of two amazing grandchildren. I have two precious fur babies. I live in Mississippi & sell Real Estate in MS. I've always loved the beach. But, 12-13 years ago, we traveled to Branson, MO. I fell in love. I feel at peace in the mountains. I love hiking, and I love the water. Missouri has the mountains, great places to boat & be on the water. Plus, all of the shows and more. SDC and Branson. THERE IS A $5.00 per night parking fee that will collected at check-in.

Why they chose this property

This property is perfect for two adults and 1 or 2 small children. It's a small studio type condo with 1 king bed, a small loveseat that folds out to a full size bed. There's a balcony overlooking the golf course. It's perfect for a 2-4 night stay but is not for recommended for long term guests. You are located in a gated community and one of the Pools is right beside our building. There is a mini-refrigerator. A Keurig coffee maker. A toaster, as well as a pull in stove eye. However, The Ledgestone Grill is available at StoneBridge Village also. Plus, there's a plethora of places to eat in the Branson area.

What makes this property unique

Gated entrance! You will need a pass to get in. There is a $5.00 per night parking fee that will be collected at check-in from Stonebridge. There are 3 outdoor pools available during the summer. Beautiful grounds. Ledgestone Grille is on the property. The studio has mini refrigerator; toaster; Keurig coffee maker, and a hair dryer in the bathroom. Just minutes from Silver Dollar City.
