Quality Neat and Clean Beach House at Surfside - Close to Town Nice Outlook

A nice, clean little beach house with high quality inclusions. Comfy beds with quality linen as well as a large trampoline for the kids to play. Very close to town, yet away from the crowd with a nice view out the back from the deck. Plenty of parking, wifi and large TV.

It has a queen bed in the main and then bunks (with a double bed underneath and a single on top) in the extra bedroom. All the kitchen gear you could need.

It is a basic house, but very clean and with good quality furniture and utensils.

Why they chose this property

Surfside is about as close to Canberra as you can get, while still being part of the coast community. It is also close to all the Batemans Bay has to offer, but away from the crowd.

What makes this property unique

A good affordable price, but high quality furniture and inclusions. It is a basic little beach house, but renovated and kept clean and tidy. It has a nice view and breeze on the back deck area and a swing chair on the front deck. Also a big high quality trampoline for the kids to play on.
