from check in with Gwen till check out, this was a very positive experience. The property and unit was very clean and well maintained. Our accommodations were very roomy. The screened in porch was wonderful. We enjoyed the spacious pool area and the availability of food and ease of ordering. I would definitely stay here again.

Fun in Orlando

We enjoyed staying at this property very much. Accommodations were clean and the host was very responsive. We had an issue with the shower head in the master bath, which was immediately addressed by the host and property management.

Nightmare Check In

We arrived at the hotel at 930 and did not get placed into a room until 1230 am! We were unable to go grocery shopping and be prepared for our trip. We had a convention to be at the following morning and had to pay for breakfast and not make it like planned to save us money. We also had to eat dinner out as well due to not being able to do our shopping. We absolutely love this resort stay there all the time but the Owner booked it for 4 days and 3 days and the hotel was not aware and it was not cleaned. My children had to sleep in the car for an additional 3 more hours after already being in the car for the 3 hour drive. Not happy at all with this experience. And nothing was done on anyone’s end to accommodate us for this huge mistake.
