Not what I thought

Charming little place. Not a real dog friendly place though. Pets are not allowed on the furniture. Coffee pot did not work. But very clean.

Quiet and cozy Reno home

This home was perfect for our Reno stay. I was instantly impressed by how clean and well stocked the home was. So many little thoughtful amenities down to fresh bread, butter, fresh milk, half and half, cereal and so many others! I also really appreciate the off street parking spot right out the back door. Thank you Carolina for a wonderful stay!

Just what we needed!

We stayed at Browny’s while in town for a friends baby shower. Carolina was more than accommodating when we got into town earlier than expected and we were greeted with a cozy, clean and comfortable home for ourselves and our pup. Thank you for everything!!!

Sweet Little Cottage

What a great little property. Very, very clean and such a great modern and cozy feel to it . Our host (hostess) thought of everything. From milk and eggs in the fridge to coffee and snacks in the cubard. ❤️. And super pet friendly if you have one. Easy and convenient to get to all of Reno's Top attractions and beyond. Heater and TV were a little tricky to work at first, buy I'm going to chalk that up to user error. But, this is an amazing home away from home and what a wondeful host. Hope to do business with them again soon.

Fantastic property

The place was super clean when we arrived. Loved the set-up and it was perfect for my daughter and me. Generous with the amenities, including food! Great coffee which was very much appreciated. Location was convenient to and from places + excellent job with the remodel.

Brownys for the win

Needing a pkace to stay while finishing clinicals for school, Brownys us well accommodated and a perfect little spot for my husband, infant, and our dog. Clean, stocked, and owners gice privacy while checking in to ensure the stay is going well. I had forgotten some items and had to have them delivered, this was no issue in receiving or in communicating with owner. Highly recommend!

Browny points for Browny's Place

We arrived late, it was such a blessing the house was well stocked with complimentary items. There were snacks and coffee/tea/hot coco and simple breakfast items. The process of checking in and out was smooth. Perfect place to stay!!! Already booked for another stay.

So comfortable and clean!

Absolutely amazing place to stay! It exceeded our expectations, and is very pet friendly and welcoming. Extremely comfotable beds, many extra amenities. Very thoughtful touches and extras. It is so amazingly clean. It was absolutely perfect. Very quiet street and close to many restaurants. Will stay there again in the future and recommend to anyone staying in the Reno area. Cute and lovely extra touches!

This property was the perfect size for our family. We were in town for the National Pole Vault Summit and wanted to avoid staying at the smokey hotel and this was a perfect option. The house was close to everything, had all the essentials and more. We would happily stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay!!!

We travel quite a bit and stay at VRBO’s all the time. This is one of the most beautiful properties we’ve stayed at. You can see all the thought and effort that was put into the property and everywhere you turned there was an extra. From the snacks to the toiletries to the pet area we were throughly impressed. Better than any casino room, and well located to all the attractions. We will be staying here again for sure!

Lovely Stay in Sparks

Browny's house is completely renovated. All new. Beautiful. We were very impressed. Carolina brought us a few amenities we needed to make our stay ideal. She and her husband are wonderful, very attentive. The neighborhood street appeal was not what we had hoped but in the end we agreed it was a great location. We thank our hosts very much for a great stay.

Believe the great reviews! We chose to stay here instead of one of the many casino hotels - for a lot less money. Will definitely try to stay here again the next time we're in the Reno/Sparks area.

Cutest remodeled home

This place was perfect for us and our dogs Cute cottage all redone, white paneled walls throughout. Owner has everything there you need and some nice supplies. Would recommend for a reno stay Only downside was no cable for football, but there is wi-fi with netflix, if you have prime you can log on Oh and great pillows and bed

Fantastic, immaculate, and cozy retreat

The host was very responsive and communicative. We were impressed by the cleanliness and well-appointed decor! The extra perks were very appreciated - coffee, eggs, bread and treats awaiting our arrival. Couldn't ask for a better location to explore the area and surrounding points of interest. We're looking forward to returning, when we can find a time that it's not already booked!

Awesome Weekend Stay

Our stay was really nice. It was our first time in the Sparks/Reno area, and the house was in a perfect location, about 10-15 mins from everywhere we wanted to go. The neighborhood was quiet too. The place was extremely nice inside, with perfect touches such as bedside USB chargers. Our host also left us a loaf of bread, some eggs and oatmeal which was nice. The only issue we had was trying to cast our phone to the TV. It looked like it required a paid app, but it wasn’t a huge deal since we didn’t hang out at the house for too long during the day. Overall, incredible experience, easy checkin process, clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful cottage!

Previously, we have always stayed in hotels on our road trips that we take about every six weeks. We have found a new favorite! The cottage is well appointed, and the host takes care of every detail. We would highly recommend this property.
