It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

DETAILS: Goldenrod Circle #301 is a contemporary 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo. Located in the inviting WaterColor neighborhood, this home is only steps away from the private WaterColor Beach Club and other amenities, including the tennis center and multiple community pools. This beautifully maintained condo offers high-end furnishings and stunning views of the Gulf.

Located on the top floor, this stylish condo can be accessed via an elevator. From there, guests can enter this single-story unit that opens to a blended living and dining area with 10-foot ceilings, large pieces of artwork, and a wall of windows with great natural lighting. Relax and unwind while watching TV with loved ones on the queen sleeper sofa and 4 matching linen armchairs before sitting down at the 6-seat dining table for dinner—turn on the Sonos speakers for elegant ambiance. The photos of rental were very accurate, and the lighting of unit was wonderful! Plenty of natural light and additional lighting if needed at night. Parking convenient to unit and elevator near parking as well. Great location, brief was to Seaside and many restaurants right by condo as well as The Beach Club Pools, Restaurants, and beach access boardwalk. We felt very safe here and would definitely rent this one again. My only drawback is the price. It’s expensive, but this is a very unique, expensive resort area. You are paying for all that comes with unit, location, beach access, view, convenience, ect.

Beautiful Neighborhood, Uncomfortable Beds

The neighborhood was beautiful and very peaceful, which we really appreciated. However, I’m not sure the stay was worth the price, for what we paid. The biggest issue was the mattresses, they were extremely worn out, and you could feel yourself rolling into the middle due to how old they were. That definitely affected our comfort. Overall, the experience was okay, but there are some improvements that need to be made to justify the cost.

Review

Excellent location, only issue was there was obviously some kind of accident on the couch and rug in front. The cushions were pulled off wet and on the floor to dry and smelled heavily of disinfectant. Had to put the cushions outside a few days to air out. Porch swing cushion chewed up and torn. We reported it and were advised there was not much they can do. Not what we'd expect at this price point.

Little Luxury close to everything!

The first thing I realized is the location of this condo can't be beat. It's literally next door to the beach club, which is where the main swimming pools are. And you can access the beach there. Lots of the houses are pretty far from the beach. Our friends would have to get a golf cart or drive, we walked right next-door, and were immediately at the amenities. And the quality, cleanliness, and beauty of the condo can't be beat! They had a beautiful package for us when we arrived. I never needed to contact the management, but I have no doubt that they would've been very helpful if I needed to. The secondary bedroom has two full-size beds, and I believe the sofa in the living room pulls out, but we never needed to do that. The TVs are easy to use, just log into your Netflix or Hulu account and you're set. The kitchen is well stocked, I just ran to Publix a couple of times and we had everything we needed. I highly recommend it! We had a great time and will be back.
