Just as pictured.

My husband, grand daughter and I stayed here. The room was very clean. The only thing I can complain about was the mattress was not comfortable to me.

Great Vacation Place

This space has been totally remodeled. Parking was not a problem and Gulf World is across the street. Many restaurants are within walking distance.

Awesome beach stay!

Unit 206 at the continental Condominiums was awesome for our family! Place was clean and looked to be recently remodeled. Unit was well stocked with towels and toilet products as well as a full kitchen with pots pans and utensils. Very close to the beach and walking distance to a lot of restaurants. Directly across the street from gulf world! Would definitely stay here again.

Family Girls Trip

Took my girls to PCB for their spring break, just us girls. I was nervous going into this trip without my husband. Not knowing the area,etc. Perfect location! Truly right on the beach, amazing view and right on the strip! The place was exactly as described!! If we go back to PCB, we will be staying here again!!!

Completed remodeled, clean and exactly like the pictures show. Convenient to the beach with a great view. Perfect for two people or a couple with two small children. The only thing lacking was a full size saute pan, frying pan or skillet.

The unit was a listed. The beds were comfortable. The only thing missing were small rugs by front door and patio door. Had to sweep a lot because of the sand. But we improvised. The view was awesome.

This is my second year staying here, it was a small hassle getting my parking pass as it was not left inside my unit, then Wednesday night the storms caused a leak in the ceiling and window frame that got the curtains and side of the bed wet, I did find a bowl to catch some of the water

Great Location

They were under construction - which was mentioned but the extent of the construction was given to us by email 1 week prior to check in. It was not terrible except the firealarms. There was very limited parking, assuming because of the contstruction. Firemarshall, and Pest control all showed up to do walk through and spray unannounce with threw us off earlly in the morning. But on good side the location was great, so much was within walking distance. We had a couple of issues with in our unit called into customer service and they fixed the issues right away for us.

Everything was great except no info that Continental was responsible for laundry Lady at front desk was not helpful. Didnt know that the passcide for room changed after a month. Its a good thing the office was open when we returned.

Girls Getaway

The place didn’t look all that great on the outside, but the condo was absolutely gorgeous. I was a little disappointed that you were not allowed to smoke on your balcony and also you are not allowed to hang your towels on the balcony. Not sure why you cannot hang towels on balcony, but I received a call from the property manager to remove my towels immediately.

When we arrived, they wouldn’t allow us to check in one second early. The condo was hot and humid when we arrived. The furniture was wet from the humidity. They sent a maintenance worker without informing me. The man was in swim trunks and a t shirt. There was no way to know if he did work for them. I tried calling and speaking to a manager. They refused to connect me. I was told they would call back with no time frame. I was finally able to reach a manager. He was completely unhelpful, and did not understand why they should have let me know a maintenance worker was coming. I expressed how irritating it was to get to speak to a manager, he did not care. This was a horrible experience. We actually left a day early. I would never rent from Southern Vacation Rentals again. VRBO should ban them. They are rude and money hungry!

Great!

This property was great, accurately listed. The location was on point. When I visit the beach from Tennessee, I HAVE to be directly on the water. No walking across any street for me. This property fits that requirement. Our unit was directly beside the beach access. We were on the second floor which worked great, it's level with the parking lot so we didn't have to take the elevator to get to our room. You do have to walk down two flights of steps to get to the beach, but that's fine with us. Or you can take the elevator down. The guest services was excellent! We were answered promptly, from asking about the pool code to getting recommendation for a place to have seafood. I give them 5 stars. A couple of negatives: the cabinets above the stove were dusty. Other than that, we had everything we needed to cook meals, which we mostly do at the beach. This unit doesn't have a dishwasher, which is not a problem; however, a dish drainer would be helpful for all the dishes to be washed. I was glad that the floors were hard surface instesd of nasty carpet; however the floors were very dirty, our feet were filthy from walking on them even before we went doen to the sand. Whoever cleans the room definitely needs to do better. Also a rug at the door to the would be very helpful. We had to wipe our feet on a towel. I'm out of room.
