Disappointing

Not as advertised. Heated pool and hot tub not working. 10 TV’s and none worked. No instructions left for anything. Found the eating utensils after 2 days. No trash cans in bathrooms. Very little basics available for a guest stay. Beds were very uncomfortable as well. Still battling for refund on our stay. Don’t do it.
