The Dala House is a historic building originally built in the 1800's as Hotel Onekama. It was completely renovated in 2023, producing four beautiful boutique suites for the sophisticated traveler.
Each suite is equipped with on-demand hot water, water treatment system, top quality beds, and bath linens.
Parking for large trailers/RV's can is available upon request.
Onekama is a small town within 10 minutes to Arcadia Bluffs Golf. Within 15 minutes to Little River Casino, Manistee Airport and Meijer (Super Home and Grocery Store). Short drive to Crystal Mountain Ski, Spa and golf and to Leelanau and Traverse City.

Why they chose this property
This home is brand new! The original house was a part of Onekama's early history but was in need of an update. There is new electrical, new plumbing, new walls, and new flooring! It has also been equipped with top of the line bedding and amenities. Each unit has its own tankless water heater and filtered water treatment system. There are security cameras on the property for your safety and protection. One is right inside the main entrance pointing toward the door. The additional cameras are attached to the outside of the building.
What makes this property unique
This home sits on M-22 in downtown Onekama. It is part of the scenic route from Manistee to Leelanau. You can walk to a public park/beach, shops, and the Glenwood fine dining restaurant. You are a short drive or boat ride to Lake Michigan. Sleeping Bear National Park, The Arcadia Bluffs Golf Course, Traverse City, Little River Casino and Crystal Mountain Ski Resort are all close enough to venture out for a day trip.
