Welcome to your Ocean Therapy! 4-bedroom, 2 bathroom coastal vacation home with a golf cart, pool, & game room! Located in Downtown Long Beach, 0.4 miles from the beach! Wake up & enjoy a cup of coffee on the covered back patio, and spend the afternoon relaxing by the pool. Take a ride on the golf cart to Downtown Long Beach where you will find boutique shopping and delicious coastal restaurants! Ocean Therapy is perfect for spending quality time with family and friends on the MS Gulf Coast!

⛱ HEATED POOL OPTION (OCT - APR)
Guests have the option to heat the pool to 90F for an additional $50 per day during the months of October thru April. Guests must agree to the additional fee per day for the entire duration of their stay. Guests must inform the host of choosing this option at least 24 hours prior to check-in through the the app’s messaging portal.

⛱ GOLF CART
One 6-seater golf cart will be available for use and included with your stay! We love being able to provide the opportunity for our guests to explore beautiful and charming Downtown Long Beach during your coastal retreat. Only guests with a valid Driver’s License will be permitted to drive the golf cart. The golf cart district runs south of the railroad, but excluding Railroad Street, and north of U.S. Highway 90, but excluding U.S. Highway 90, and between S Lang Avenue on the west and Beach Park Avenue on the east.

⛱ LIVING ROOM & GAME ROOM
The living room is furnished with stylish and comfortable furniture, a Roku Smart TV with Netflix and Hulu capabilities. Premium WiFi is provided throughout the home. A working desk and chair are also provided in the living room for those looking to work and relax from home. The living room is unique in that it houses a PICTURE WALL for guests to take social media-worthy pictures of your time here at Ocean Therapy.

The game room is furnished with a new and stylish foosball table and shuffleboard for guests of all ages to enjoy! We make our best efforts to give groups and families the opportunity to make the best memories here at Ocean Therapy.

Ocean Therapy boasts 4 bedrooms which are all equipped with soft beds, plush pillows, cooling sheets, blankets, and bath linens to ensure maximum comfort and convenience during your stay.

⛱ OUTDOOR SPACE
The outdoor space is EXCELLENT and primed for entertainment. Enjoy the private pool and outside area furnished with outdoor furniture and pool chairs. The outdoor space is also equipped with an outdoor TV. A charcoal grill is available for your use during your stay to enhance your outdoor experience at Ocean Therapy! Charcoal is not provided by the hosts.

⛱ KITCHEN & DINING AREA
The open layout from the kitchen to the living room provides guests the opportunity to enjoy quality time with family and friends. The dining area is furnished with a large dining table which allows families to enjoy a nice meal around the table. The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with quality appliances including refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, disposal, and glass top stove. The kitchen is fully furnished with all dishes, glassware, pots, pans, silverware, and coffee maker to enable comfortable times when cooking.

⛱ CLEANING STANDARD & TOILETRIES
We take pride in our cleaning standards and can ensure that the space is clean and prepared for your stay with initial toilet paper, hand soap, dish detergent, dish sponge, paper towels, laundry detergent, bath towels, pillows and blankets. Relax and enjoy the comfort of Ocean Therapy during your time visiting the beautiful Mississippi Gulf Coast!

⛱ IMPORTANT INFORMATION
While we love our furry four-legged family members, we do not allow pets of any kind. We insist that you have an amazing time during your stay, however, we do not allow parties. Driveway space will fit 2 vehicles. The driveway space behind the gate will fit 2 additional vehicles.

Ocean Therapy is conveniently located on a quiet and safe street that runs perpendicular to the beach! It is also located near Downtown Long Beach! From here, guests are located only a short drive or Uber/Lyft to other Coastal towns such as Pass Christian, Gulfport, or Biloxi where you will find some of the best restaurants, shopping experiences, and nightlife scenes on the MS Gulf Coast.
