You have the whole 500 sq foot condo until to yourself. There is a bike rack, shared patio, and picnic area with bistro lights in the back of the property.
We do not have a dedicated off-street parking spot for this condo unit, but the main street that runs directly in front of the building is meter-free on both sides. This area is hip and diverse. It is so close to all that the downtown area has to offer.
Its walking distance to the famous Red Iguana Mexican Food Restaurant, Coffee shops, Gateway Mall, Vivant Arena, etc. Trax (Light Rail), Bus, and the Front Runner train is all within a block of your front door!
Our building sits east of the I-15, in the Hardware District of Salt Lake City. No vehicle is needed to get from the airport to your unit or to explore Salt Lake City!
We do not have off street parking for this condo, but there is lots of free parking all around the building. No meters. Free to park. See our reviews!
The entire area has gentrified over the last decade. There are larger high end mixed use apartment buildings shooting up all around, public art installations, and excellent public transportation infrastructure.
Like most downtown areas, there are occasional homeless people that you may see walking by. We have never had any issues with any safety or theft, but recommend taking your valuables into the condo to be safe.
TRAX (light rail) comes from the airport right to the unit (3 min walk from your door to the NORTH TEMPLE/GUADALUPE STOP) , Uber and Lyft are very efficient in Salt Lake City and you can catch a ride to the unit from SALT LAKE INTERNATIONAL very affordably. The front runner train has a stop less than two blocks away from your front door. Connecting you to Ogden and Provo. Once you`re at the unit, you can walk to all the major downtown destinations easily.

Utah has a high desert climate, and as such, there are house ants, occasional harmless spiders, or Box Elder bugs that are usually seen more during seasonal changes such as going from winter to spring or vice versa. As responsible hosts, we have agreed to a pest control contract with Uintah Pest Control to service all our properties. Sightings are rare but are possible. An occasional sighting is not considered a reflection of the cleanliness of the property.
We provide laundry inside this unit, but because of our low price point, please bring your own detergent.
We have a smart television in the condo where you can log into any of your own streaming service accounts for content.

We've stayed at this unit multiple times. Its always been a clean and pleasant place to stay. Communication has always been excellent the host is always very responsive. Would definitely stay again.
Clean, easy access and literally around the corner from our venue. And communication with Host Justin Miller was phenomenal! Look forward to staying here again.
We enjoyed our 4 night stay at The slopes. It was comfortable and quiet. We were not bothered by any street noise or any noise from the other units. We appreciated the vrbo being dog friendly. The neighborhood was fine for taking your dog for a walk. Having the fold out bed in the L R was very convenient as our daughter spent one night there as well. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of linens. Appliances all worked and what you’d expect in a vrbo. The host, justin was available for questions as I was interested in the other units for future stays. We will definitely stay here for future visits to SLC.
I absolutely loved staying at this location! Close to downtown. Definitely will be rebooking in the future. Didn't have any issues while staying and the host responds quickly. I do recommend staying here.
I came to Salt Lake City for a volleyball tournament. All the hotels were booked. This VRBO was everything I needed and more for my short day in SLC. I walked to and from the salt Palace convention center. It was a safe and easy walk. Check-in was superduper easy. I traveled alone and I felt very comfortable at this location. Ubers were very easy to grab from this location, I had all the comforts that I would've had in a hotel room & at a much better/more reasonable rate! The owner was incredibly kind & generous with information to help my stay. I would come here again and again, and I would recommend this location to others traveling to SLC.
We spent 5 nights as the cute condo. It was efficient and clean, which met our needs. With close access to the Trax or a short Lyft/Uber ride you can be downtown in minutes.
This condo is calm, clean, pleasant, easy to find and enter. I have zero complaints. My friend and I slept well and appreciated everything about the place. Easy access from the Trax station, walk to convention center ... and the owner was super responsive to any questions I had in advance. Highly recommend.
We were here for the Red Hot chili peppers concert
The owner is great and very communicative. This is a cute little place decorated very sweet close to quite a few things. We ran into it. It was quite humid in here and we couldn’t get the TV going but otherwise We had a great stay here
Place was great. Loved the extras that you normally don't see in condos. Ex: shampoo soap laundry detergent spices coffee. Only downside no large pots for cooking. Only medium pots.
The property owner communications are extremely responsive and helpful. The property was clean and everything worked as it should. Would 100% stat here again !!
Host was extremely helpful, friendly with answering questions before I booked and and after. Check in and out was super easy. Was a good location from property to the ice rink. Clean and perfect for my son and I to stay. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Salt Lake.

The online pictures looked inviting, like a cozy cottage, and it somewhat was. Justin, the host, was great. However, my teen son and I ended up leaving after only being there for a couple of hours because the neighbors next door were so loud, it was like they were in the room with us. When the gagging noises didn't stop, we decided that it wasn't a safe place to stay and ended up having to pay to stay in a hotel for the duration of our stay. We were disappointed that it didn't work out.
