Pictures made it seem better than it was. While overall nice it didn’t have any extras. No extra blankets in the closets, and the comforters weren’t more than a blanket. Towels were worn. Backyard didn’t have the hammock pictured. No pool toys for kids.
Stay was good. We paid for a heated pool and it didn’t start staying to temp till about day 4 we were 6 days there. Rooms were good and bathrooms maybe need a little maintenance and little love and some care. But overall was great.
STAY AWAY!! Best feature here was the backyard and pool. Dishwasher did NOT clean the dishes, tried several cycles with no luck. We washed everything by hand! The microwave died, but was replaced. Only the Circulon cookware worked with the stovetop. No manual or instructions left. We only learned by trial and error. The icemaker on refrigerator did not work, but we thought that’s okay since the appliance did make ice accessed in freezer drawer. But, no, the ice froze into a huge block and to hose making it difficult to even open the top drawer of the freezer! The kitchen pantry has a foul musty odor which you smelled each time the door opened. The vent hood only had one bulb in it. The kitchen track lighting is covered with dust. Not one 9x13 pan was available, no“working”can opener, very few serving bowls. That’s just the kitchen issues! The single worst room was the master bathroom. It had BLACK mold growing all along the perimeter of the shower. It took a half gallon of bleach to kill it! The floor around the toilet was urine-stained, and the toilet leaked. Nearly everyday, I saw small bugs crawling on this floor. I have videos to prove this. No cleaning products - we booked 4 weeks!! No bucket or mop. Sliding door to backyard very difficult to open. No one mowed the backyard, but us! Although sprinklers came on 3X/day! Couches in LR/outdoors were stained and dirty. No working light over pool table. THIS HOUSE IS NOT VRBO-WORTHY & certainly not worth the we paid to rent!
Perfect for our time in Scottsdale/PHX for a conference. Close enough to most everything, and responsive host! The weather prevented us from pool usage, but the hot tub was a great thing to have as the alternative!
Property manager was always available and very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay. The place clean and organized. The only thing I would add is there were no glasses for drinking, only coffee cups.
This house was excellent for our much needed drying out from a rainy Washington Spring. The family enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub. They took great pleasure in beating me at 8 ball on the pool table. The house was very spacious for the 5 if us and overall a great time was had by all in very much needed 90* days
Comfort in Scottsdale - swimming pool and pool tablw
We had a small family group and spent time in/around the pool and also the house. Completely comfortable. Air conditioning, pool heating seating areas, kitchen appliances, pool table, beds and bedding all stand out.You can (we have!) pay more for fancier places, but this checks all the boxes for a great time with friends and family. The property management website wasn’t fun to deal with, but the property manager was great. I’m not sure why that extra layer of confusion exists, We’re going to stay here again!
This house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Two king sized bedrooms are a must for our family. The pool was lovely and the lounge chairs were great -- an often overlooked detail in VRBO houses. The property management company provided immediate responses to questions. Best of all the TVs in the pool room and living room were both viewable from living room couches allowing us to watch two NCAA games at once during March Madness!
Property was great. Our hot tub never did work. Our property manager did try to fix it but was never successful. The location was just where we needed it and the two king beds were just what we needed. Showers did drain slowly, and a few board games would have been great as well as the fireplace wasn’t the easiest to get working. But it met our needs for our stay. I appreciated how helpful the property manager tries to be, but the hot tub never working was disappointing.
Great Scottsdale location with easy access to North Phoenix
We loved the setup of the house with pool, firepit, and hot tub. Comfortable couches and bed. The pool and bar area was cute and fun.
The host easy to work with and very responsive.
Nice corner lot with quiet neighbors.
Just a quick note. The master shower hot and cold lines were plumbed backwards. If you want hot water, turn the valve to cold. Everyrhjng else was great!
This home was great for our group and we had a lovely time. We had one issue trying to work the hot tub and it took slightly longer than we would have liked to get it figured out. But they did get back to us and told us how to make it work. (also just FYI to the owners there is no chlorine in the hot tub.) I think the hot water for showers got low when a few of us would take showers at the same time. I also think the dishwasher is not working very well. These are very insignificant things and we had an amazing time, it just didn't leave me feeling like everything about the house was perfect.
Neighborhood is very quiet! Location was easy to find and close to everything we could need.
Very clean. Very comfortable furnishings. But there simply is not sufficient lighting at this property.
Ceiling fan over pool table with lights were not operational. Kitchen lights were centered in the middle of ceiling but no lighting over bar stools/breakfast bar.
Dining room light was a single light bulb.
Bathroom lights in hallway bath were hung too low as with mirror. I am 5’6” and could not see the top of my head in the mirror to style my hair.
Lastly pool light was not operational so night swimming was super dark in the yard, even with small string lights along bushes.

Not as Great as it looks
The pictures should be updated for this property. There a lot of outdoor items that are no longer at the property. They include the hammock, the sunshade for the fire pit, the patio furniture is not in great condition. The pillows outside are falling apart and they were missing the chairs in the pool. The couches are not very clean inside and the bathroom rugs were not at all clean. It would be nice to have extra king sheets for the twin beds they have shown pushed together in one picture, but no extra linens are in the house. There was mold at the bottom of the master bathroom shower. In the kitchen, More pans need to be supplied for the induction stove top. We didn’t have enough to cook dinner for the burners they fit on. All of that was on top of the pool heater not working AND the hot tub continuing to trip the breaker and therefore turning off. We had to reset the hot tub multiple times a day. And every morning when we got up. The pool heater didn’t work until the last two days of our trip. Some sensors went out, but then the propane was empty. We felt that should be checked before a guest that is paying to have the pool heated shows up to ensure it can be heated. We will not be staying at this property again. I think the pictures need to be updated to show the current condition of the house so people understand what they are getting. Also the price should reflect the quality of what you are getting.
Great property and location. House was as described. We had a need for the property manager upon arrival, but they were quick to remedy the issue. Some of the cushions and outdoor furniture are showing signs of use, but the AZ heat and frequent use can do that. Pool was a highlight for sure.
