The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. Our themed home near USC, best for big groups.

We take cleaning seriously. We wash all beddings, mop the floor and wipe down all commonly touched surfaces with BLEACH at every check out.

Overall adequate. There was some damage around the home, stairs chipped, holes in walls, broken cupboards, bedroom tables damaged, and the carpet in the bedroom adjacent to the kitchen is pretty dirty. The floors looked clean, but when you walked around in your socks, your socks got really dirty. The kitchen was not adequately stocked. There were only 3 forks, no glasses only coffee mugs, no baking sheets. The broiler pan was rusted...The seating in the common area was not very comfortable. May I suggest a sofa or more comfortable chairs. It was nice having separate bedrooms & bathrooms. The place needs a little TLC

The house is in a good location to la memorial. Although never felt real unsafe the neighborhood seemed a little suspect. We were 4 adult males so we were fine, but not sure if I would take my family. No real common area to gather either.

The house was as advertised. Parking was quite a challenge so we parked on the street. There was a plumbing issue with the kitchen sink but Canaan was very responsive and got it fixed the next day. Regarding the neighborhood, I could see how some people would be a little concerned. We didn't have any issues but would have liked to see the surrounding neighborhood before we booked. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the overall location was close to the airport.

Great stay

Our friends were very happy with the apartment. It was spacious and the beds were comfy. 10/10 on the cleaning. Definitely recommend this place. The check in was very easy and the host was always fast on responding.

Simply awesome

we had a very nice comfortable stay in LA.....very spacious place with all the amenities......the manager was easy to reach most of the time. Parking is a bit of an issue there and getting into the place sometimes took some effort :) Overall, a great place!

Central Location

Lots of rooms and bathrooms for the ultimate girls trip. Beautiful decor and modern appliances. Also, communication is quick and effective for any small hiccups come across. Not once did we call and get an answering machine. Made the trip a breeze

Nice and large house

The house was very spacious and had many large rooms and bathrooms that were spread across 3 levels. The only slight problem was the tight parking space but we managed to get two cars in. The management was nice and helped out as well. Overall we had no other problems.

my family and i really enjoyed our stay! the listing was as described and communication was reliable! the location was easy to access, right off the main road. there is one parking spot for the unit behind the house; we had a big van that couldn’t fit so be aware of that, but there is parking along the road in front of the house! definitely recommend for large groups/families!! layout: two bedrooms, one full bath on the first floor; kitchen, one bedroom, one full bath on the second floor; laundry, a balcony, two bedrooms, two full baths on the third floor

The parking was inconvenient, location was unsafe (homeless fighting and throwing objects right in front), stains on all walls through the whole house including beds, food left in microwave, master bed room door was broken, cigarettes left all over the front lawn, hair all over bed sheets and floor, rooms smelled horrible, dishwasher was broken and had an odor, and didn’t get our promised already paid for parking.

We were a large group of about 10 and picked this for the number of rooms. The rooms were spread across 3 levels. Property Manager quite responsive and helpful. A few reasons for less than perfect score - - some details not catered to like towel racks in the bathroom were broken, no paper towels or toilet paper - kitchen didn’t have many utensils - sparse - dishwasher wasn’t working - walls too thin and noises carried easily; neighboring units weren’t quiet even late nights

It’s cool

Well we couldn’t check in early but they let us bring our bags the cleaner let us in. When we got in there was no paper towels and there was about one towel and wash cloth per room there a couple rooms had 2 towels, for 8 adults but I messaged them they responded fast within like an hour and a half to two hours they had a target deliver with everything we needed including the iron and ironing board we asked for the won me over with that. the house is kind of in the hood I guess because it was south central or Inglewood but it was very quite and peaceful for our 5 days there. The house was clean, sheets were clean. All the bathrooms were clean. One of the doors was messed and couldn’t completely lock I felt like the floors could be cleaner, they had detergent and fabric softner so I tried to wash some of the towels before we left. Oh and the door entry before with that I always checked and made sure it was locked before we left and some how when we came back we never had to put the code in. But I don’t know if it automatically unlocks when you unlock the gate or if something is wrong with it. When sleeping at night just be sure to lock the top lock. the house and area was great I planned this trip and no one had any complaints outside the towels and things and they had it delivered asap. They respond in a good time and it’s one parking space for a regular size car but it’s an okay amount for street parking because we had 2 cars! The stay was good thanks

So many conflicting Pros & Cons, I'll have to just give it an "Average" Rating. Here are the speed lowlights and highlights: 5 professionals stayed here for about a week for the American Film Convention at the nearby Magic Box (i.e.: Skid Row) in DTLA. After running the show for ten-hour days, we got home, exhausted - but the clicker didn't work so we had to jump over the gate (looking like we were breaking in ;-/) to click it from the code on the OTHER side of the gate to get our car to drive in. (Two parking spots is a stretch. It's ONE parking spot). Then, ready for bed, like good, clean housemates, we turned on the dishwasher - which immediately overflowed causing four of us to scramble with the few towels we had to stem the flood. ;-/ SOoooo not what you want to do when all you want to do is hit the damn hay! ;-/ Felt like we were at home with all the DIY chores we had to do to keep the place running. ;-/ To be fair: they promptly delivered more towels for showers in the AM - and a clicker that worked. So they were "responsive" but... still... Leon, their manager - and others - were all polite and communicative - especially of all they expected and demanded of us. For whatever reason, I had to go back into VRBO as a new prospect in order to communicate BACK with them during our visit. There was no pitcher, hardly any glasses. But the place was good for 5 professionals needing their own rooms. There was no couch or anywhere to relax together. Just a table.
