Poconos Home w/Hot Tub, Fireplace, & Pool Table

This lovely home is situated in a quiet area surrounded by wildlife. It's walking distance to the lake, pool, and playgrounds. Only a few miles away to the Poconos Attractions: Kalahari Indoor Waterpark, Camelback Mountain Adventures, Ski Resorts, Mount Airy Casino Resorts, Poconos Country Farm and much much more.
You can choose to stay indoors in this lovely home, just sitting around the fireplace is very relaxing. You can also play pool and other games or sit by the bar or just watch a movie on this 75-inch Smart Android TV. Newly installed is a Billards/pool table with TV and sound system. There's an Enclosed Sun Room where you can just sit back and enjoy the fresh breathtaking scenery of nature and wildlife. You may see many wildlife such as deers, foxes, etc. Additionally we recently added a 4 person outdoor inflatable hot tub out in the back thats covered by gazebo for weather elements. You and your family would definitely have a wonderful stay at this Cozy Getaway Home.
Get out of your busy zone and enjoy the weekend in the Poconos.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please remember to lock all doors, put the keys back in the lock box,and turn all appliances off except for the dehumidifier in the garage. Dehumidifier should stay on at all times at level 35-40.
If you used the hot tub, please make sure the cover is on and the heat is on (Flame symbol will be lit)
Please Turn Off all A/C Units
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No excessive loud noise/music. Especially outside. After 9pm please be respectful of the neighbors. Keep noise low as possible outside.
Speed limit is 25mph throughout the community and is strictly radar enforced.
Please don't litter around the home. Use trash bags. Place filled trash bags in green bin outside.

It was freezing the entire time and there was no other electric heaters to support the ridiculously cold weather conditions. The house got down as low as 49 degrees and we were told to use the fireplace but we couldn’t leave that unattended while we were away from the house so that wouldn’t work out to maintain warmth in the house. The house was quite dusty and had a damp smell to it. It also had very wobbly furniture and railings that seemed weak or broken and unstable. The host gave the details needed to get in the home but did not provide much more detail or help in the difficult situation of low temperatures.We still enjoyed our stay and there was plenty of room for our group.

Amazing retreat!

Our cross country team reached out to Ryan about staying at his place for some amazing trail running. The boys absolutely loved their time in the house and enjoyed the nearby amenities offered. There was ample space for them to be comfortable! They loved the outdoor space and even got a pic of a woodchuck nibbling on some watermelon they left outside in hopes of catching a glimpse of the local wildlife. Thanks Ryan! The boys are looking forward to next year already!

Had an amazing stay at this home. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Outback I was able to spot some deers and other wild life which truly was a great experience. The house was nice and clean, and the host was very accommodating. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

Great place, we enjoyed our stay very much. The place was cleaned right before we checked in. The fridge smelled like rotten food for the first 3 days. And all the rooms had a strong aroma of vinegar/cleaning smell that would no go away. Not much to do in the area but is a nice getaway for relaxing.

Experience was nothing short of amazing. A great place to get away from the city and just relax with nothing but the beautiful sceneries and quiet.The house itself felt cozy and warm like you would see in the movies. We stayed in January from a Friday night to a Sunday morning and the owner, Ryan, was always flexible with my requests. His phone number was available in the home for ease of communication. There were 8 of us and the 3 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms accommodated us comfortably. Most attractions were within 30 minutes making the location convenient. I would recommend this place to stay.

Beautiful home

We stayed here for a long weekend to go to a family reunion. We were only really in the house to check on the dogs and to sleep. It was very spacious and comfortable. Communication with the host was very good and they were very responsive. The kids especially loved seeing all the deer throughout the neighborhood. At one point they joked they have seem more deer than people. It was a great stay.
