**Due to holiday bookings there is a minimum 7 night stay during December 4th - January 7th.

All-inclusive option is available for $140 per person, per night. All members of the room must purchase. (Min purchase of 3 days)

Resort Information: Villa del Arco, Km 0.5 Camino Viejo a San Jose Cabo San Lucas, BCS 23400

Located on the shores of Cabo San Lucas in Medano Beach, Villa del Arco is a family-friendly resort that boasts spacious suites, gourmet cuisine, the Desert Spa, and so much more.

Premier property of the Villa Group in Cabo San Lucas on the water with daily housekeeping & no departure cleanup fee. Ideal for families or adults, this unit is perfect for those looking for extra space and lot more privacy. For a total of 1 PRIVATE bedroom, 2 full baths (master has a jetted tub!), common area (main living area with a queen-size Murphy bed) & fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishwasher... also pots/pans, plates/drinkware/utensils, blender, coffee maker etc.) Plenty of room here for everyone to relax. Ocean or garden views can be enjoyed from your balcony or patio (note that the ocean view is more expensive though), with chaise lounges and table/chairs, allowing you to start your day with a refreshing breakfast at sunrise or end it admiring the star-filled night sky. Private beach, multiple swimming pools, many cuisine/drink options throughout resort. ((There's a PIRATE ship in the pool serving food/drinks!)) Super close to downtown/marina area, (it's within walking distance, but we usually have the concierge call us a cab (short 5-10 minute ride) when we want to walk around & visit local sites, shops, bars, restaurants, etc. Some of our favorites: La Chatita or Mother's for breakfast, the Office, Cabo Cantina for awesome lunch/dinner, Tacos Guss for some authentic tacos.) Trolley available to go between buildings on resort. Free WiFi. Washer/Dryer are in the room... we LOVE this!

Rooms are assigned when guests arrive at resort, so a guarantee of what floor cannot be made. PLEASE message me for availability prior to booking so I can make sure the timeframe you need is available.

Walk right onto the beach and into the water from this beautiful beach front property. Beautiful, lush property, with various restaurants on site. See NOTE below regarding all-inclusive options. OR there are several stores nearby to purchase all food supplies you might need if you'd like to cook on your own!

Water activities in the neighboring area including jet skis, parasailing, whale watching, sunset cruises. There is zip-lining, horseback riding with side by side rides available also. Information and booking for all these activities is available in the lobby area to orchestrate a perfect vacation for all, for an additional fee.

PLEASE NOTE REGARDING CANCELLATION POLICY: The VRBO algorithm does not have the flexibility to accurately convey the cancellation policy after I book your suite so here goes: if cancelling 31 days or more prior to arrival: $100. If cancelling up to 30 days prior to arrival: $200. If you are a no-show on arrival: $250 fee from the resort which I will have to pass on to you, but otherwise, you will get the remainder of your payment fully returned.
